It is located in a quiet and easily accessible location.
Bed is old and lumpy; mattress pad not secured to mattress and bunches up under you; pillows were from maybe 1999 and flat and hard as a rock; Bed covers look like one more wash and they will fall apart. Dishwasher was full when we got there....don't know if clean or dirty but washed anyway. Overhead kitchen light ballast or fixture going out and sometimes wouldn't come on and usually had to switch it on and off several times before it worked. Seems like owner spent as little as possible on upkeep

bed was comfortable, house was clean except couch and armchair, and carpet, kitchen well stocked, linen and towel, and kitchen were very well organized, washer and dryer worked great, lots of pillow, sheets, towels, location was great, tile floor except bedroom and carpet under the coffee table
couch and armchair are dirty and need to be replaced. HOuse is very dark due to all dark wall paneling. Yard is very poorly kept with at least 4 dead trees and shrubs, grass is almost nonexistent, mostly brown, fence around barbecue grill is falling down, i wouldn't call the patio a patio. It is a brick pad that is overgrown with moss and mold. Only three plastic chairs on the pad. Would like a fence around back yard to separate from duplex neighbor whose yard looks worst that this side of the complex. End tables and coffee table is very scratched and worn. Duvet on bed is very pilly and needs to be replaced.

great location and comfortable bed.
The home is extremely dated and dark.The appliances are old and refrigerator is very noisy. Rugs and carpet were not very clean, and there was a pervasive unpleasant odor. in the whole house. The grout on bathroom tile needs to be deeply cleaned or redone. The window blinds had pieces missing and were semi functional.

The back yard was lovely, but disgusting and stained plastic table was unsuitable for outdoor eating. Tried repeatedly to get it clean.
The dishwasher was difficult to operate. The TV had three remotes and no instructions. The bathroom grout had ten different colors unclear whether clean or not. The backdoor screen is damaged. There are plants growing out of the gutters. In generally the phrase " lipstick on a pig" comes to mind. We left a day early. I would only recommend this property to people who don't care about cleanliness, decor, or functionality. Vacassa has been soliciting my business for properties I have in Black Butte OR. I think I will pass. Your marketing is very misleading

Size, style, privacy of the view, walking distance to the rest of manzanita, affordability. Great place! Would highly recommend.
The neighbors parked in their and our half of the shared driveway (not the rental's fault!)
The VCR in the bedroom is broken. Wasn't an issue but something to be aware of. Move-out time was a bit earlier than standard, would have liked to have an extra hour to relax inside before taking off.

It really could have been cleaner. Didn’t seem like it had had a thorough cleaning in a while. Maybe a few, simple little touch-ups in the decor would make a huge difference.

All lights working. No a/c. No map of town. Poor cable service.

Very clean and the bed was comfy. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you needed to be able to cook for yourself. There are two great little grocery stores which was surprising for a place as small as Manzanita. Very happy about that.
The location, Manzanita, is of course excellent. Close to the many beaches and forest hikes, beautiful, and relatively quiet during the winter.
