View was amazing! Kitchen was big and spacious and clean. Washer and dryer and dish washer was a nice touch as was the television. Garage was great! Wifi worked.

Mattress could be better, pillows could be better, wall leading upstairs was a bit battered. The location was beautiful but not on the main side of Newport - you have to drive across a bridge

location and view are phenomenal. close to everything in newport. very comfortable. having a garage is great.

ten digit code for front door is cumbersome. garbage from previous guests had not been emptied and started to stink as our stay progressed. light bulb in garage door opener was out so in the dark you had to fumble for light switch in the dark when you returned. railing on back porch is failing, and screen door on that sliding door was unusable.

the location was fantastic. Great size.

There were little things that needed Maintenance. The washer machine had a broke door so was unable todo the laundry. Opened up the hide a bed couch and the bed looked dirty and unmade. The shower rode down stairs was barely handing on and the shower curtain is growing mold and should be replaced.

We loved the location and the cleanliness of the facilities and the property itself. Kitchen was also well stocked and we really enjoyed the pot and burner in the garage. It made cooking our crabs so much easier.

I don’t have any complaints. The downstairs tub seems to have a bit of a drainage issue as the water would gather during showers. However, we worked around it.

Location was good. The space was adequate for our family.

The pull out bed is awful. Kitchen needs to be restocked. Spices are old, there are very few kitchen towels, no cleaning spray. TV was not easy to figure out initially. House could have been cleaner. Dead bugs in shower and on floor. All blinds in home are broken. Pillows are awful.

The location was great you could watch boats go in and out of the bay. It was a nice quiet area where it was easy to relax and enjoy the views.
