A spotless hotel in all regards Lobby, room and breakfast were excellent and exceptional! Couldn’t be happier

The hotel itself looked nice at least...

A bit of a rant but want to get this out there! We were traveling 5 hours, we choose this hotel for the pool and our 4 yr old and 2 yr old were so excited since they don't normally have access to a pool. Our car broke down on the way there and we unfortunately were not able to make it to our reservation. We were able to make it there by midday the next day, we did not ask for a refund as I understand the circumstances were out of there control. But we did ask if we could at least use the pool for a bit with the kids and we were turned away. The kids were beyond devastated and the hotel clerk was also extremely rude about the situation. After the long ordeal we had just went through to make it there, she just treated us as if we were lying dirt. I will never give money to this hotel again and I hope people see this and also avoid this hotel.

It was clean and bright

I loved that the pool was open so my son, niece, and nephew could enjoy it. It would have been great if the pool was a little warmer, but it was good for the kids, lol

No complaints!

Easy to get to, updated facilities, bed was pretty comfortable. Nice breakfast in the a.m. Biscuits were fluffy and fresh. Would stay again.
