The townhouse was nice, clean and comfortable. The amenities were great. Access was easy. The price was fair and although the unit is aging, it appears to be well maintained.

One bedroom had a significant ant problem. The problem was only in the bedroom, none found in the kitchen or around the food. It was reported by us and hopefully will be addressed in time for the next guest. I felt the need to wash the cooking dishes before using.

The Keys to access the property were easily accessible

The house was generally not that clean. There was old food items left in cabinets. A chewed up dog toy in living room. Trash strewn around outside. The wires for the home were all over the yard and the land line was not functioning. Amenities advertised are located within a business in the neighborhood you only get to access them (pool, hot tub, game room, etc) when this business is open. There is no staff onsite associated with this property. We ended up not staying

There was a dog poops on the front yard.. We had a dog ,but we cleaned up after her....
