I liked how quite it was

I didn’t like how it was a little hard to find parking, but luckily I found decent ones.

location is near Metro station, supermarket, just 2 minutes of walking

the landlord did not contact timely. We tried to contact him via phone (both make a call and text) in the morning to get checkin instructions but just got his feedback at 6:30pm property is very old, the bed is not comfortable, the kitchen is quipped badly, the room is small, we stayed at ground floor so no view, not much atmosphere

located right next to train station. neighborhood was very quiet and great takeout

parking but in the city that’s a given.

The price for a 6 day stay was ridiculous I basically paid their rent for the month (1,400) and it's no where closest to an airbnb status. The mattress are paper thin and you can literally feel the spring when sitting or laying do we n. Let's talk about the AC, so it was advertised the both room has AC which is true however the main bedroom on the (right) AC unit was installed behind of the bed which required an extension cord that wasn't provided. In the unit was a little flimsy through blanket on the bed I'm assuming for decoration because it was so thin that I felt every piece of material as the wind blew, so I text the the gentleman whom I mat on the 5th day of my stay for the first time(which to me is crazy) I asked if we can have heavier blankets and a mop cause none was provide or visible. The gentleman then brought 2 blankets and asked for the paper thin ones as if I was trading them for the trickier blankets so I ask the gentleman so if you take them what would I have to cover the couches? Day 6 -( checkout time) which we agreed will be 1pm cause my flight was for 3:15pm, however I went to a near by laundromat to wash my clothes around 10:30 am and around 11.45 I was done and headed back to the apartment. I proceeded to put in the numeric code as I've been doing for the past 5 days and to my knowledge the code wasn't working anymore so I continued to try several times more and nothing the codes were changed and our stuff was still inside lucky my kids were still inside cleaning and packing up. This stay was horrible and over priced and I will be contacting corporate about this over priced, small, price gouging basement apartment.

I did like the comfortability of the apartment. It was small and cozy. All stores and subway was conveniently located in the area.

The apartment has a lot of ants. The bathroom and kitchen sink had lots of ants running around them. My 6 year old was very disturbed by them. At night the apartment was very cold and there is no heat adjustment. There was no extra blankets to accommodate the night chill. I never saw or was I greeted by any staff or owner. Also. I can't understand why it takes 168 days to return my deposit, the next renters could make a mess and I get charged for it. I spent most of my stay out the apartment and only returned to sleep. Parking sucks in the area.
