Location to the beach, had a washer and dryer.

No grill, out doors chairs and set up was so Cheap. For what I paid I figured you would feel like a queen. Beds and pillow where so hard.

Good location, easy check-in and check-out. Unless I hear back, I will go back to using Cobb next year.

The house had no TV, bathrooms and kitchen were dirty including dishes in cabinets. We did a lot of cleaning, but please double check for next person so their first night isn't spent cleaning. We were told things would be checked on and I would be reimbursed cleaning fee, but never heard back and nothing was done

Kitchen had sugar ants and fire ants, bathtubs and sinks did not drain well.

Very comfortable. Great kitchen. Easy beach access. Decor not tacky. Quiet area. When the hot water was working, showers were great! Fridge is large. Great getaway to escape for a few days.

There was no hot water. There was a mix up on Vacasa's part in routing the issue to the correct person. After calling three times and emailing twice, the correct person got the message. She came over immediately and was super nice and got her maintenance team lined up to take care of it. The maintenance team reset the water heater. 24 hours later there was no hot water again. My husband went into the attic to reset it. Other than that it was a fantastic stay. We will be back, for sure!

There was no Breakfast... I cooked my breakfast and did my own cleaning. The non stick pans are all scratched up and need replaced but, under the circumstances I understand

I had never rented a full house before. So, I was not for sure what to expect. The refrigerator Ice maker did not work. The establishment did have a portable Ice maker that worked well after I filled it up. There was only TWO facial wash rags in the entire facility & only one Kitchen towel.
