Love the chalet, very cute and comfy. It has utensils and everything for a perfect trip.

WiFi was not working. I had people from another country who wasn’t able to be connected. Your main pic it’s a pool, but you need to pay $20 per person (!) as a guest to use it. The pool was a must for us since we had kids, so disappointing.

Location and kitchen were great. Lots of space for guests and very charming loft.

There was no on-site hot tub, our shower door was broken, and it wasn't very clean. We were barely reimbursed for the loss of shower usage.

It was clean and well stocked. Very convenient for skiing at Donner. Lots of places to eat and close to a supermarket.

There was not a clear path to the front door. Yes there was a lot of snow, but it was like climbing a snow bank with your luggage to the front door. Several of the towels(folded on shelves) were not dry, put away wet. Cookware was old and stained. Dirty coffee cups in cabinet. Bed sheets old corners didn’t stay on.

Spacious, comfortable, fully loaded with supplies, and great location!

Quiet and the neighborhood the trees and area was very pretty

House was outdated. Couches and carpets were badly stained and worn. High ceilings were filled with cobwebs and ceiling fan hadn’t been cleaned in years? Kitchen was functional and clean though

Everything comfortable, clean & nice

Absolutely great deal for the area and fun little house. The crossover between Booking.com and Vacasa was a little confusing initially, but everything worked out!

A little wear and tear throughout the house but nothing major and overall a nice place.
