The location is great. Barbara had lots of nice little touches. Phone chargers with different options.

Sehr herzliche Gastgeberin. Der Kühlschrank war gefüllt und Lebensmittel für das Frühstück stand bereit. Tolle Lage in Vernazza. Es ist alles da was man braucht.
Leider ist die Wohnung sehr feucht und dadurch wurden einige Oberflächen sehr klamm. Auch das Raumklima leidet unter der hohen Luftfeuchtigkeit. Das Bett ist ziemlich durchgelegen.

The location is excellent, only 5 minutes walk from the train station, and right next to the plaza by the water. We communicated with Barbara via WhatsApp, and she gave us all the information about arrival. She met us at the door when we arrived and showed us her apartment. It was a really nice apartment, spacious, clean and comfortable. She prepared a lot food (breads, croissants, cakes, etc.), coffee, tea, as well as milk, juice, yogurt, water, and other items in the refrigerator, mush more than we need for the breakfast. Thanks, Barbara!

barbara was lovely and so helpful getting to her property in the low season we loved the locals and our family enjoyed everything She has thought of everything someone might need

The host went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we may ever need! There was a selection of foods for us to make breakfast, along with coffee tea and milk. Comfortable bed and nice towels. Everything was perfect!

Location was amazing! Literally steps from the main square in Vernazza. Even though it was so close to the main square, it was very quiet with double glazed windows.
Our host Barbara was lovely and met us for a tour of the apartment. The pantry and fridge were fully stocked with breakfast and other staples.
I am planning on staying here again one day.
There was nothing that we didn't like. The only thing that we would have liked was a washing machine.
The apartment is reached by a very steep stairwell. This didn't bother us, but something to be mindful of if you have mobility issues.

Great location and great host. The apartment is close to the station and the beach. Barbara met us at check in. There were lots of breakfast food, a bottle of wine and her homemade cake for us. The good size for us(2 adults, 13yrs and 10 yrs) too. We thank Barbara for letting us stay :)

Excellent location just a few steps up from the main square, the harbour and small beach and yet very quiet.
Barbara provides a well stocked fridge with lots of goodies along with coffee, tea, wine biscuits and snacks.
The room is spacious and has everything you would need should you choose a self- catering stay.

Really spacious and the door is about 10 yards away from the main front of Vernazza. Donna left food and wine for us and we were allowed into the room early which was needed after doing part of the Cinque Terre walk with bags. Air con was also very good so we were very comfortable during the recent heat wave. Couldn’t recommend staying here more and will hopefully be back

This property is in a perfect location in the middle of town next to the beach. Barbara is lovely and very helpful. Fabulous amenities and very homely. A perfect property.

We loved all the little homey touches and the well-stocked kitchen. We even received some homemade cake from our lovely host!

- Barbara herself was an amazing host and even had homemade pastries and a fully stocked fridge for meals. Also a wealth of travel tips as a local.

Beautiful well decorated apartment less than a minute from the harbour. Easy to find, and so convenient to the nearby shops and restaurants. Our host Barbara was friendly and quick to respond to messages. She provided a lovely selection of foods for breakfast including pastries, yoghurt, and cured meat.
The bed was a bit harder thank we like it. Location in the center of town means there’s potential for it to be noisy, however we found the streets were quiet after about 9.30pm.

Friendly and helpful.
Exceptionally catered for in the apartment, with thoughtful breakfast items and variety, and a lovely bottle of wine.
Lovely and warm in winter, we were toasty, not like others we met who had no heating in their apartment.

"DonnaBarbara" was perfectly located for us (Vernazza being almost in the middle) This darling apartment has everything, very spacious.. bed is extremally comfortable & cosy, extra pillows & blanket if needed. Our host had left us wine, cheese, cold meats, fruit, bread, biscuits, condiments, butters, coffee, tea, water etc etc unbelievably generous !! This made life very easy for us.
Great bathroom with a shower, lots of towels, and toiletries.
I highly recommend "DonnaBarbara" value for money - outstanding !!

I like how the apartment had a good amount of food provided so that we don't have to always go out every time for groceries. Not to mention that I also like how there's also a 2-in-1 kitchen and dining room with everything that we need! Plates, utensils, knives, cups, dishwasher soap, sponge... you name it!

Location was amazing, and the apartment is very cosy and comfortable. Barbara was just lovely and clearly takes pride in being an excellent host.
Breakfast is self prepared which we didn’t mind, but I know some are not keen on.

Location was right off the square! Couldn't ask for better. Apartment was clean and nicely appointed. Lots of breakfast items provided in the apartment. And thank you, Barbara, for the walking pole after Jane's fall!

The property is excellent in every way. Location is right in the main plaza, ten steps to the water. lots of privacy, quiet corner in the middle of all activities. All amenities are thoughtfully planned and provided, from the wine and water and eggs for breakfast, to everything you ever need in the bathroom.
