Incredible location!

Though we paid for a sea view, we were mainly facing inland with a small view of the bay. The restaurant food was pretty poor and over priced.

This is a lovely hotel but there are some drawbacks. No lifts!! This is a real problem for older people. We stayed about 100M from the main hotel and it was an uphill walk followed by a two flights of stairs to get to our room! Staff were lovely. Food was embarrassingly expensive if you go a la carte. For example 8 minuscule prawns for €32! When you consider that there is nowhere else to eat in the evening, one feels they are taking advantage.

Food not good value for money. No lifts, not good for elderly people. Parking markers are ridiculous, steel posts that can damage your car.

This is a universal hotel problem but I really wish rooms for British guests were stocked with Black tea/English breakfast and a small jug of cold milk. I know this sounds petty but it really makes a difference

I liked absolutely everything! The hotel is located on the Mediterranean coast, about 2 hours north of Barcelona. The landscape is breathtaking! The buildings and facilities are very well adapted to the environment and most rooms have a marvelous view. The staff is extremely friendly and service-oriented. We were always greeted with a smile and even our special request were carried out immediately. There is even a miniature private beach to be used by hotel guests! And the food is very well-prepared and quite varied.

There was nothing not to be liked!
