The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They pampered us with two rooms with patios away from the noise of the pool and hotel, extended our check-out to 4pm from 1pm, and they gave us a beautiful welcome gift of chocolates and nuts, cut up fresh fruit, Bamba and wine. They really made us feel VIP. The food was fantastic with such an excellent variety every meal and lots of veg options available. They even had sushi and cocktails Friday night when entering the dinning room for dinner. There is always food available between the poolside bar with ice cream and drinks, to cake and late night snacks by the indoor sports bar. The location of the hotel was great, being only a 7 minute walk to the boardwalk and 5 minutes to the Ice Mall. There are 24 hours convenience stores directly next to the hotel should you need easy access to snacks, water or other necessities. Parking is available and exclusive for patrons, which is not something that is readly an option for hotels in Eilat. There was also a really great and entertaining Brazilian acrobatic dance group for poolside entertainment. I would highly recommend this hotel for those looking for a great family get-away that is all inclusive and extremely affordable, with wonderful food and a great location to main attractions.

The utensils and cups in the dinning room were many a time not fully cleaned/ cleaned properly and especially need to improve the cleaning and drying of glassware.

it was great! more than we could have imagined! staff were so happy to help us with anything! pool was amazing, along with the poolside bar and fresh drinks and ice lollies and pizza during the day! the food was great! we found something new at every meal which is brilliant at an all inclusive! we loved our stay !

lifts were super slow so we took the stairs about which is fine it’s only a couple flights to the top floor! the only other thing was the toilets on the ground floor were abused my children not flushing etc but when we complained about it it was sorted, just something to note about children staying there :)

The food was good and the service also very good

We spent our 22nd wedding anniversary at the hotel. It was a great all round experience, the staff were friendly and accommodating. The food was tasty and well presented. We will definitely be back

My only complaints would be the gym which was very basic and the television which had poor picture and sound quality.

some pieces of furniture (sofa etc) were with some disgusting stains
