Clean, spacious, friendly

Front desk took awhile to notice they had guests

It was very close to where my father lives so that was excellent

Thought the price was a little high

pool hours, closes too early

Would like to have more fresh fruit at breakfast

The bed was awesome!! Very comfortable. Front desk was very friendly along with housekeeping. Great use of space which included a microwave, full size refrigerator, dishwasher and stove top to cook on.

Due to an impending tropical storm/hurricane headed directly for Lee/Collier County, I couldn't get a hold of Booking.com and had to call the hotel directly to change my reservation to only one night. The hotel charged me an extra $30.00 for the one night. The hotel would not honor the rate I booked at for the one night. Since I was unable to get a hold of Booking.com to help next time I will book directly through the hotel.
