Great location, good little back yard.

The blinds in the bedroom didn’t cover the whole window so it was mega bright in the morning

the location was great!

There were a few things that seemed missing: it could use a 4-6 quart pot, a few wine glasses, a nozzle on the hose. The side door handle was very loose (we fixed it). initially the side door wouldn’t line up to lock . From the pictures, we expected the loft to be available for sleeping and privacy. We used our own single blow-up bed in the living room , and took it down during the day.

Old & Rundown

The location was great, short drive or 10-15 min walk to the beach. It was very quiet and there were very few people on the beach when we went in late February. Our dog loved the yard, it was mostly clean of poop so they could run around!

Guests do not have access to the loft shown in the photos, and it feels a little strange/creepy to be in the same room with a large locked space. The heater is pretty loud, and clicks on and off alot, so it can be jarring. The shower is VERY small. You will not fit if you are a larger person.

Kind of dirty. Looks like they just do the minimal to keep it looking clean and nice. The bathroom (especially shower) was very dirty. Looked like black mold has begun growing in multiple places due to poor ventilation.

not much was disappointed in property

shower backed up, sink back up, shower dirty due to back up, unit very cold on arrival at 5pm took all night to get warm and there was no extra bedding to help. Also was renting a A-frame with loft however the loft was lock off. seems a rip to pay for a place and only get half
