The house is not on the best repair. There were some safety concerns and broken or missing items that would have helped with the stay.

The bathroom smelled like wet dog. There were broken items and the kitchen sink was leaking all over the floor. At least one of the bedrooms needs a new mattress asap.

There were multiple lock boxes on the gate, so I had to figure out which box it was based on the code that I was given. Once I figured that out, it was easy access and it was easy to leave the keys as well upon exiting the property.

The vents in the living room and dining room didn't seem to work very well. The vents in the room worked exceedingly well. I had to leave the bedroom doors open (not really an issue when not sleeping) to try to warm up the dining room and living room. As I was working in the dining room, I had to abnormally raise the temperature to try to stay warm. The kitchen vent worked as well. The other issue, in the bathroom, there was mold at some point on the ceiling. Someone had probably used a solution to try to remove it. I would STRONGLY suggest that a mold expert take a look at the property. I personally don't have any allergies and such, but near the end of my stay I was starting to feel a little ill. I rarely get sick, so I was bit concerned.

it was well equipped to cook. We used the bbq. It showed some acceptable wear and tear. Very convenient. I went to middle school in the 60’s less than a mile away so that was fun. A little too cold for the unheated pool.

The house was very nice and spacious. The pool area was very relaxing. Overall it was a great location for what we were there for, with stores within a mile from the house.

The beds were a little uncomfortable as ours was not on a frame, those that were on frames were lumpy. The pool wasn't heated so we didn't get to enjoy it as much as we liked but we made the best of it. The ovens display didn't work but we guessed on the temp in order to use it. The owner offered to have their maintenance man come look at it but it wasn't that important during our stay.

I liked the location. Casinos were within short distance from the house.

A few fixes to the property would make it more presentable and welcoming. For example, working blinds that I can use.

The yard wasn’t taken care of. Old furniture in the house(wicker chairs) ALL the beds were very uncomfortable! Worn out sheets and comforters. Pool was dirty. Back yard fence was falling apart. Oh, and let’s not forget the big rat traps in the house. Very disappointed in this house considering it was my first time booking like this.
