We really enjoyed being out of way and off the beaten path. We were able to come and go knowing we weren't going to be intruding on anybody else. And once we were back for the evening, it was very quiet and peaceful. Being able to do laundry on site was fantastic! We didn't have to allocate "vacation time" to run into town to use a laundromat. Having access to a grill to use was also a nice touch.

A dedicated workspace/desk would have been appreciated, but this was not a deal breaker by any means.

Everything! The comfort of the guesthouse floored me. It was clean with beautiful furnishings and a lovely bathroom/bedroom/kichenette.

My only criticism is that we arrived late in the evening and the property was a bit hard to locate. A bigger address or landmark/description would be great!!

Great location. Very peaceful and quiet. Great facilities. The owner was awesome. Very responsive, generous and kind. Highly recommend if you are looking for accommodation near Eagle River, Alaska.
