The location was great. Although, they say it was self check-in, I appreciated that there was someone (real human) to help with the process. The hotel also accepted credit card, some doesn't and it will be weird to be carrying so much cash around. The cleaning service is good. The showers and bathroom awesome! I love everything about the hotel and services. However, it would be a 10, if they didn't call me at 1020am to remind me that check out was at 11am on my check-out day. I feel being rushed to check out.

Everything you need and nothing you don't. Handy location for what we needed. Clean, rooms serviced daily. great breakfast, amazing price for the location. We had the economy rooms with window. They were ideal for one person, but might be a little tight for two.

Bed was not the most comfortable I've ever slept in, but good enough.

bathroom glass door is not opaque enough and with a large gap on both sides, one could easily see from the outside what's happening in the bathroom.

Very comfortable and clean room. The location is ideal, there are plenty of restaurants and about 3 Ubike points nearby. Everything is either walking or cycling distance :)

the pressure of the shower was very low and the cutlery during breakfast was rather dirty :( they really need to improve the cleaning of knives, forks and, specially, spoons

poor selection of foods at breakfast. almost nothing to eat for european. Rooms were very small.

the location was great near to the 101. the price is reasonable. walkable to the MRT stations and shopping malls.

there was no breakfast. the rooms was super small. there is no parking at all. It was very difficult for friends and family to visit. it was even difficult to get a taxi.

Small rooms, but expected

Location is really good. For an economy hotel, pretty good staff support.

Very small rooms. No storage place for anything. The bed is right next to the sink. Hot water was never really hot, and one day it just went out. No heater, it was cold in Taipei but nothing they can do.

The fan from the bathroom couldn't figure out how to turn it off.

Great location near Taipei 101 for a great price. It is a budget hotel so no lobby, no swimming pool and no complimentary breakfast. These were not important to us since we were sight seeing and only needed a clean and quiet place for the night. Near metro.

WiFi is not stable, it is still under WiFi 4 speeds which is disappointing. Hot water during my stay was intermittent, and that is not good during winter

Room was is too small. Not hot water in the shower in December.

Location

Room had no wifi, heating, cleaning or room service. Room and corridors were dirty. If floor 3 is under construction, you can at least attempt to still keep floor 15 clean, but no attempts were made. Room had no wifi and heating (AC was broken and stuck in 15°). Reception was made aware but they couldn't care less. Moved out after 3 days to another hotel.

The street view (especially Taipei 101 building) out of the windows was fabulous, especially when you’re quarantine, It’s a big help for your psyche

The soundproof of the room is bad, I can hear a lot of noise from neighbor rooms, like conversations or cleaning noise
