The location is amazing. Friendly staff.
Bed was uncomfortable, the details weren’t clean ( like the wall behind the garbage). The outlet next to the bed didn’t work. It was a four port station, and none of the plug-ins worked. I tried both my charger and my husband’s to make sure it wasn’t our charging block.

Location. Steps from beach. Parking was good and easy. Breakfast was good. Bar was not staff correctly, had individual running multiple task so waiting on drinks. It was not busy. Room was clean, front desk was polite.

The location was perfect, we were able to walk to eat and shop. We love the bar close to the pool. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was good and it saved us a lot of money.
I can’t think of 1 negative thing about the place.

Having one of the elevators down for the entire stay, and hearing it has been down for 3 months is extremely disappointing. It caused major traffic jams and very long wait times due to having only one elevator. It is a busy hotel on the beach and this was frustrating. The staff lack of concern regarding that, and lack of concern on an item I left by mistake in my room was disappointing. I called multiple times with no returned calls. The next day I received a message that housekeeping was notified, but was not timely and did not “find” my missing item.

Dirty sheets( not changed), noisy vibrating air conditioner. Didn’t get much sleep after changing sheets and being awakened by ac all night. Check out staff not really interested in issues I shared.

Clean new facility, breakfast and coffee fabulous.
One: Three adults in room and housekeeper refused to give us extra towels. So man from down stairs brought us towels.
Two: Post missing to the right of gate to prevent children from entering pool area unsupervised. So I saw two children squeeze thru the area of missing post to enter pool area. I am a nurse of 37 years and took care of drowned children permanently on ventilators.
Three: Someone improvised for missing post by placing a piece of half inch PVC pipe to the right of gate.

The location is fantastic. It is on the beach and close to all the shops and restaurants. Clean and attractive Lobby. The Starbucks on site made our coffees perfectly all week! Good cocktails and Friday entertainment.
The rooms are very nice, clean and spacious but the bathroom in the center of the room, in front of the beds was awkward. It is difficult not to disrupt sleeping family at night. Also, the mirror was hung by someone at least 5 8”. My mom, daughter and I could only see half of our faces (in it). Small kids or teens wouldn’t be able to use the mirror at all.

paying $20 a day for parking , pool needed daily cleaning ; asked if pool was heated before confirming booking and told yes but it was very cold; only children got in, disappointing as it was hot out.

The hotel is beautiful and it’s on a great location, the breakfast was delicious.
We enjoyed everything but one thing missing in the room was a normal ironing board wich I really needed at my stay, the room only comes with a very small one.

additional fee to park a car - paid more than $500 per night for 3 nights. the elevator needed maintenance. the layout of the “suite” was less functional than any other suite I’ve ever stayed in.
