Loved the location and it was a beautiful place and exactly as pictured with well stocked kitchen necessity.

M On our first night around midnight we laid the kids down to rest in the room with bunks. All of a sudden my friend felt something crawling on him but didn't see anything at first. Then his arm started itching with a welp on it. With further investigation we began looking and found 3 alive baby bed bugs. On the sheets and blankets. And one shell of a dead one. We checked master room and seen none nor any traces. I automatically contacted the property. And sent the pictures and videos. Our 3 big children had to sleep on pull out couch. They contacted back next morning saying they would get back with me immediately. Well later that afternoon after still not hearing anything, i contacted again. They responded with they sent an agent by and found no trace of bed bugs. I was very upset because Noone called us to say anything with all of our personal belongings there or for us to see if they seen anything. At this time om very aggitated. I explained to them i would just contact booking. They replied back that they would send an agent by in 20 minutes. Well when the agent got there of course none was out but we was able to find a shell of one again. He took a picture, called them and told me someone would get back with me the following day. Which was checkout for us. They also said my pictures and videos couldnt confirm it was bed bugs. So next day i havnt heard a word. I contact them this afternoon again and ask for an update. They text back and said neither agent found a trace of bed bugs. After so many attempts of contacting them... im over it. I deserve a refund or another stay. There is not an infestation but there is bed bugs. I stayed in tower 2 room 603. Our room cost us almost $700 for the weekend. I am very upset we are being done this way. This is very serious. They could be In our belongings which sat in that room for hours before we knew. We could bring them back home with us.

The staff was rude because we didn’t book through them we had to buy our own tissue trash bags paper towels etc

It was close to the beach.

The unit was dirty. The front door was hard to open and close. Had to plunge the toilet anytime a bowel movement was had.
