Extremely well located just one street away from the more vibrant beach area and main street. Cute little courtyard with a outdoor showers and bougainvilleas beneath a beautiful occra colored wall framing the little private garden. Terrace with comfortable chairs sheltered from sun facing genuine Greek suburban setting with goats, cars, wild cats in front of the Cretan White Mountains. The best, most welcoming host you can ever imagine, who also owns the relaxed Palm Tree Café on the beach walk, perfect for a coffee or lunch break.

Nothing I didn't like with this place!

The location was great, 2 minutes walk to the sandy beach with a cafe joined to the property, a supermarket and ATM just in front and 2 minutes walk to the main street with all the bars, restaurants, other shops and the other beach. There is another supermarket less than 5 minutes walk away and a fantastic (and highly recommended) bakery called Bakery Anatoli which is open late just next door too. Communication with the hosts was quick, easy and very pleasant and we enjoyed our time in Paleochora so much that we extended our stay by an extra night as the accommodation was ideal, available and the hosts made it very easy to arrange. We were met at check in by the hosts (lovely) mother and shown to our room, she also did an unexpected but appreciated mid-stay mini clean and check out was very easy too. We had all the amenities we needed in the property - kitchen equipment, table to eat, balcony, towels, soaps etc. The television didn't work but didn't matter as we didn't need it and the apartment was clean and comfortable. All the windows had mosquito blinds and black out blinds which was great too. There are spectacular beaches, gorges and walking opportunities within short walking distance of the property, a great tour service called Psarakis Travel Agency & Adventures about 5 minutes walk away where we were also able to arrange excursions. Would stay in this property again in Paleochora.

Everything is quiet and super nice room

Stavros is such a nice person.. Helps a lot and the place is marvelous very near sunset beach and supermarket and ecntric. Quite and confortable, the rooms have everything you need

The apartment was very comfortable and quiet. Facilities including air conditioning were good.

Only two fairly minor things. There was no map or explanation of the area offered. The way I was taken to the apartment was via a gravel road and I had to carry my very heavy luggage (as it couldn’t be rolled on that surface). If this happens to you, ask to be taken on paved roads - there is a way which is much easier!
