A little bit noisy on the hall, people speaking loud.

Great hotel, very helpfull and friendly staf, great location! The room is equipped wit everything, also there is a kitchen and dinning part. Location is great, close to the beaches, sea side and 10 minutes walk from the city center. The hotel offer free bikes.

Great place to stay in Rimini. Nice apartment with balcony and equipped kitchen. Close to the supermarket and the beach. Free bikes is great idea - we took them everyday and explored the city.

Absolutely fantastic great location

The residence is well located. The staff is pleasant and nice. The room was well cleaned.

The showerhead wasn't working properly with no pressure and a massive leak (needs to be changed, half of the water is getting wasted because of the leaky system). The gaz burners from the stove kept making noises. We fixed the problem by ourselves by removing them from the stove for the duration of our stay. The main issue was the noise coming from the room above and from the hallway. The room is barely soundproofed.

The hotel is located only a few walking minutes from the beach, from a good restaurant and only 20 walking minutes from the city center. Definitely recommended for families that plan to spend every day on the beach. Secret tip: One of the best piadinerias in Rimini is right around the corner.

location is great, rooms very simply but clean

Very friendly and helpful staff. We arrived in the morning before the check-in time few hours and they tried to clean up quickly so we could check in early, I’m so happy about that.

We had to take out the trash ourselves before we left, which was a bit inconvenient.

I definitely recommend, we liked everything. nice staff. everything is clean. the kitchen has everything you need including a disposable sponge and washing gel. balconies with cover and space for drying clothes. wi fi worked well. at our request we were settled earlier

not enough toilet paper and washing gel for dishes and if you need more you dont get it for free so you need too buy

Good quality vs price. Big freezer, 2 tvs (I had a 2 rooms apartment), nice balcony with marquise, nice view from balcony, air conditioning was OK, cooking plate on gas, safe for storing e.g. money/passport , good lighting in apartment, they had free bikes (also with baby chair), friendly personnel, nice area, laundry downstairs.

Hallways could be better cleaned. Room-service did not cleaned our apartment during our stay (they said this is not included in the price and we need to pay for this, also it was not mentioned we will get no room cleaning during our stay - there was a broom there)

Great localisation, pretty quiet but near to beach, restaurants and shops. Very helpful staff at the reception desk. Room was clean and nice with large balcony.

It would be great if there was coffee, tea, sugar at room.

The location(beach near by, train and bus near by, many stores near by, restaurants and bars), the staff(very nice and kind), the room cleaning (all was very clean and the hotel has been partly renovated so many things are brand new) double bed was confortable

The bunk bed was very small and uncomfortable

The staff were very nice and helpful. Hotel is in a great location, close to the beach and to the main walking streets with several restaurant.

The studio room was clean and well equiped / had everything needed. Good location - close to the sea, and within walking distance to the city centre. Helpful staff.

Good place, friendly staff. Free bicycles to use, which was very useful.
