Nice location. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen well appointed. Bathrooms clean and available on every floor. Great view of the ocean.

Lots of broken or not working infrastructure. Jets in tub not working. Wifi weak and collapsing at times. Roaches in the kitchen. Shower upstairs only trickled out. Dead batteries in various controllers. Obviously a work in progress. Get ready to walk a lot of stairs.

The house is large and can accomodate a large family. It was also kept clean, cleaning crew did a great job. The home is a bit dated, but kept in a pretty good condition. Anyone will love this home and specially the value. Very affordable.

The rental management agency, Vacasa, is not very responsive and doesnt seem to have a good handle or a system where they are up to date on the cleaning thats been done to the home. Requested days prior to arrival date to let us know if early check-in is available. No call back. Called to get an update the day of, and checked to see if they might have a baby gate available. Again, they said they will call back, but none. Got to the property @2:30pm, 1.5 hour before check-in to see if we can enter the home due to long travel, they said someone is still cleaning and someone is supposed to come by and check the cleaning. Waited until 4pm, no one came to nor exited the home. They could have just said that we dont want you entering the home until designated check-in time, instead of making it seem that early check-in is a possibility if the home is cleaned and available. The house obviously was cleaned and available hours before the time.
