The location was a 10 out of 10.

The beds were terrible uncomfortable, the place is very dated, halls were dirty, room wasn't nice and the smell of chemicals trying to cover it up was nauseating.

Beach is accessible,

Pink mold in bathroom, toilet did not flush properly upon arrival, shower did not work, electric in bathroom did not work, clumps of hair in the pool, pool not cleaned everyday, maintenance guy in and out of unit first 2 days, no working safe. Cannibus smell in hallways constantly . With all the problems in the unit owner did not offer to move us to another one of his units

Door code was easy to pick up at the front desk. Restaurant in the building was interesting and reasonable price. The room had a great view and the balcony was appreciated. The free Miami Beach bus runs by the street in front. Easy to use and runs frequently. Miami Beach was an interesting place to spend some time, and with free parking in the building it was easy to go on short drives around the city.

Valet’s service was shady they didn’t want to run the service through the hotel they wanted to do it on the side for a cheaper cash price. No shower curtain in the bathroom never see this before. Bed lines and bed needed replaced

Good location

The cleaning was not good. From the first moment we arrived we saw dirt on the floor and it seemed that the sheets had not been changed. After a few days, a cockroach appeared walking on our table while we were having dinner. Alex (from staff) just said “ that it is normal that there are cockroaches and that otherwise we will rent something better” We just hoped that he would show a little empathy looking for a solution.

El precio que aparece publicado tiene casi 300 US de diferencia ,ya que ocultan costos de limpieza 80 us,otros costos propios del lugar que los debe pagar el visitante,,esto aparte los tax.En resumen algo que se ofrece por 480 termina siendo 790 us por 4 noches. Sabanas manchadas y arrugadas, wifi no funciona a ratos, tv cable lento ,cocina no encendía, habitacion frente ascensor ruido toda la noche, en la habitacion del lado un perro que comenzaba a llorar a las 6:00 am y no lo atendian.Habitacion hacia la calle ,mucho ruido desde temprano, no es posible descansar bien.

Caja fuerte mala, enchufe del baño malo, ducha suelta en malas condiciones, mucha bulla fuera de la habitación no respetan 4 de la mañana y pasan metiendo mucho ruido

Le ménage laisse vraiment à désirer. Le meuble de salle de bain complètement hors d’usage et gonflé par l’humidité.

Que a diferencia de años anteriores , ahora hay que pagar estacionamiento aparte, no estaba abierto el restaurante creo que a futuro Cambiaré de lugar

W pokoju są karaluchy, lodówka jest brudna i śmierdzi. Nikt w pokojach nie sprząta nawet jeśli zamawia się serwis. Dodatkowo nie działa klimatyzacja. Syf brud i smród tak to można opisać. Szkoda pieniędzy w tej cenie jest wiele lepszych obiektów w tej samej lokalizacji

Un logement d’une insalubrité inédite. Présence de cafard énorme, de la moisissure partout, une odeur de moisissure insupportable ainsi que des excréments d’insectes dans le lit. Un conseil ne vous y rendez sous aucun prétexte.

Habíamos estado con anterioridad . Muy cómodo y bien ubicado en n una zona de comercios y muy tranquila . Las playas muy amplias y limpias

La vista del mar es espectacular

Habría que agregar algunos utensillos de cocina, para que el equipamiento sea más completo

Location spot on, right on the beach with good pool size. Area where apartment located quite with some nice restaurants nearby, 20 min walk or Uber available straight away. Staff on reception very nice and friendly. Laundry available on the floor but needed coins to start washer and dryer- this was a challenge to find :) Has station right in front of the building so can buy essential if needed. Few shops like public, in walking distance. South beach about 20 min drive but again Uber can be used to get there. Room outdated, but reasonably cleaned. Beds ok, I would say the price justify the room condition. Overall it was a nice stay, for the price we paid you will not find anything similar- location as I mentioned justifying the construction of the room.

Coins needed for laundry, probably worth to mention, otherwise we would get some before hand. Condition of the room outdated, need repairs but room was clean.

Location to beach.

The room was clean but There is a smell of black mold and visible black mold in the utility closet. There is a small amount of black mold on the outside of the refrigerator. Pool was closed half the time we were there. The pictures of the property are much nicer than reality. Painted over light switches. The shower leaks water all over the bathroom floor. The room is ok if you are just there for somewhere to sleep. The remote for the TV doesn't work. Hope you like cartoons.
