We liked the owner and company of other travelers.
There was an inconsistency between some of the public information on checkout times and the current checkout time. Some of the information said 11 a.m. but when we arrived the policy was 10 a.m. This was not really a problem for us but could be for others.

Barbara was professional, competent and friendly. Plus she obviously spent time and money creating a lovely place. Easy access to Beartoith Hiway and Yellowstone.

The attention to detail, amazing hospitality, friendliness of the host, incredible food, beautiful location! The room felt like you were at home! The room was like a something you’d find at a 5 star resort! It’s was the best experience we’ve ever had! My husband and I will make this a yearly trip! I can’t say enough about how amazing this location is.. we will be coming back for sure and recommending it to our friends!

The Lodge was an exceptional place to stay. Very welcoming and the accommodations were very comfortable and had thoughtful touches. We had a great stay. I would highly recommend it to anyone!

Wonderful breakfast and very friendly, helpful host. The inn is very tastefully decorated, as was our comfortable room. Location is close enough to Red Lodge so that it is an easy drive to dinner at Red Lodge's restaurants and far enough from the highway to be really peaceful and quiet. Beautiful scenic views from the inn, and many places to hike in short driving distance. Wish we could have stayed longer!

A great little cabin in the nook of nature! We enjoyed the beautiful scenery and small animals around the property. Scott and Barbra were so nice and accommodating. Barbra even made me two vegan breakfasts after finding out I was vegan. I would recommend this little piece of paradise for anyone wanting to get away from the everyday hustle and bustle.

Rent the cabin! Ideal essence of Montana in one log room and it’s wonderful, and very comfy, decor. Perfect log cabin in miniature, with great Mountain View’s, plus excellent hosts and breakfasts.

Everything! The hospitality is outstanding as is breakfast. We’ve had 2 different rooms now and each was unique and comfortable. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else in Red Lodge.

We loved waking up to a delicious breakfast and coffee ready for us. The wood stove was so relaxing to sit by. Hosts were outstanding and so friendly.
