The place was disgustingly dirty. They pushed our check-in time to an hour later so they could clean, so it should have been spotless. It literally looked like the housekeeper made the beds, and that was it. Floor made my 2-year-olds feet black in 5 minutes. There was a layer of thick dust on everything. The blinds were all broken, and the door locks were so hard to lock the place up when we left. I rented it expecting the front to be fenced off so my toddler could play out front, but both the gates were broken and in pieces. The pictures they used to rent the place were not the same pictures of what the place looks like. They give ONE parking stop for 6 units, so everyone has to park blocks away. They lied and said there was AC and wifi. I travel a lot, and this was literally the worst place I've stayed. They also have so many city violations that I will be contacting them about regarding their short-term rental permit. Don't waste your money on this place. When you call customer service to ask questions or get help, they basically blow you off and don't help you at all. If it wasn't a holiday weekend and every place sold out, I would have moved my family somewhere else, but we couldn't find a place open. I should of taken more photos but only took photos of the damage so I didn't get blamed for it.

No breakfast

There was sand on the floors. The refrigerator was full of old food. The ceiling fan was dripping with old dust that spewed over the ceiling. The bathroom light would not turn off. There was water in two drawers. The door knobs were sticky. However, Vacasa moved us to a much better facility that was very comfortable. Their response was timely and all representatives were very helpful.

Nothing...absolutely nothing.

Filthy, disgusting... kitchen, bath, living area and bedrooms had an inch of dust and sand everywhere. Linens smelled like smoke, bath towels smelled like bleach, refrigerator was filthy inside and out, no coffee filters, the electric stove had no drip pans under the eyes and the literally had cutout aluminum pie pans which meant that each electric eye did not sit in the whole properly. No coffee filters. The dining room chairs were completely ripped and you couldn't sit on them. There was so much wrong with this place we left a day early. Absolutely the worse place we have ever rented.

Staff we did encounter was very nice and very helpful...

Bed uncomfortable, spiderweb, ran out of toilet paper, duct tapped tiles, no dust pan for sweeping. Cleanliness will it could have been cleaned a little better.

outside was gross, inside had a smell, bathroom was clean but old and awkward. The key stuck in the lock and overall it just felt dirty.
