Condo and property were great!

I removed points only because the people staying above us. They were flicking cigarette butts and and throwing up over the balcony which came right on to our balcony. And their grill was throwing hot embers all over the balcony as well. Didn’t use the balcony the rest of the weekend.

I love this facility I have stayed here before. However this particular unit was very old and run down

When I arrived I had to purchase air freshener because the place smelled horrible. Property was old and run down . Not worth the price at all. Ceiling in restroom had a hole with water damage. Outside patio run down old furniture and dirty. Beds were very old mattresses and kitchen utensils old need to be replaced . No iron in the facility. All my cloths were in a suitcase so I had to go out and purchase an iron. Very inconvenient.

Good Location

Room was setup empty with no extra trash bags, soap, toilet paper etc.

Location and cleanliness.

Location to beach was perfect. Entry into condo was easy and parking was available right outside the front door of condo. The unit was large and the living room furniture was comfortable. When we reached out to management about a missing DVD player, a brand new one was delivered within 24 hours. Communication with management was very good.

Condo was outdated and musty smelling; beds were not comfortable (too hard); the kitchen pantry had bugs that got into our dry foods; master bathroom sinks had no stoppers and really stunk bad. We ended up leaving 2 days early because we had to trash all our panty items. All week long between 8am and 5pm, there was a saw for cutting ceramic tile in the building across the way and it was very loud and echoed off the buildings. You could not sit outside the unit and enjoy any peace. We were very disappointed in this unit and will never stay here again.
