Everyone who works there is nice and helpful. The location is great for everything we do in the area.

It is an older property, so there is some signs of aging. Although that doesn’t bother us, I suspect some guests would be picky about that.

Our son lives in Allen and the hotel was a convenient location for us. We enjoyed the breakfast options, 4 different warm breakfast sandwiches to choose from as well as pre-made omelets, oatmeal, cereals, creamy yogurt and waffles (in the shape of Texas).

Noisy a/c unit (I suppose they all are) and it was difficult to control temperature and keep it steady thru the night. Also construction by the hotel, so parking was a bit tricky if you came in later in the evening. (parking zones)

Rooms huge and clean, breakfast was amazing, staff super friendly, workout room had good equipment.

In the pool area needs mats or something alone side of pool. The floor was too wet, someone could slip on wet floors

Breakfast was suppose to be until 10 am however, it was completely closed by 9:30. This also happened at a different Home2suites in SC..

The location and reception were great. There was water available in front and I think that was a bonus for this hotel knowing how hot the weather is over there. I really liked that they were not selfish with water and fruits.

I was not too pleased with the eggs for breakfast. I don't like cheese and that was the only kind of egg provided, the one with cheese in filling.
