Beatrice met us and showed us the room and welcomed us - she was really helpful throughout the stay and very responsive to messages and quick to sort out any query. The place itself was really pretty, set next to church and was part of the convent I believe. The furnishings are all in keeping with the historic theme of the property and I would say the room was very cute with a gorgeous and unique view of the courtyard. It's also really quiet as it's a little walk up a side street from the main squares so our sleep was undisturbed. I liked the unique breakfast experience which was sort of communal and it meant we met some other people during our stay which was pretty cool. I would say the breakfast provided was very basic but what I really liked was that cold refrigerated mineral water was provided which really was a plus for us especially with the heat. The place was very safe and secure. I would definitely stay again maybe earlier in the year outside of the hottest time of year. All in all it was really a unique and memorable stay.

Due to the heat we found that the ceiling fan in our room wasn't quite enough so we asked for Beatrice help and she really kindly sought out a fan for us and so I would say she went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The place may benefit from having extra fans for each room or A/C. The wifi broke down due to the extreme heat but Beatrice was on hand to ensure this was fixed immeadiately which is great. Breakfast was quite simple - some fruit maybe some bananas or apples would have added a little extra for me. Also, my partner is vegan so only drinks soy milk and I have dairy allergy, so maybe some vegetal milk would have been handy for the coffee (though understandably that is quite particular).

It is located in a steep hill so it can be challenging for people with disabilities, also with minimal parking

The location was pleasant and spacious, the same with the bathroom. the breakfast was quite useless as there were only sweets there.

Clean and peaceful, close walk to 'town' (but on a steep slope so helps work off that pasta and gelato)!

Occasional noise from hallway when people talk, (or when my neighbour spoke passionately, loudly and frequently) but that's just for awareness, it didn't bother me too much.

Very friendly, perfect location and helpful! I was recommended a wonderful restaurant called Trattoria Toscana. It was the best one of my two week trip!

My stay was too short!

It felt too good to be true! Everything was perfect: the view, the comfort, the cleanliness..I felt like I was staying in a castle!

located probably at the top of the town. Looking out the bedroom window was the church courtyard. there was a nice breakfast each morning wishing coffee machine for use anytime.

there were 5 parking spots outside the B&B but in three days we never saw a spot available. Luckily we were able to drop off our luggage and park for free outside this walled city. many high walkway hills to climb.

Exceptional! I was in Room 7 ‘Fede’and it faced the courtyard-beautiful and serene, quit of a night and peaceful! Daytime some noise from staff and guests but not too much>Beatrice on reception was quick to reply and very helpful sorting a taxi for me. Croissant and basic choice of breakfast but fresh and enough (for me) -coffee machine and water plus biscuits and jam It met my expectations of locality, safety , cleanliness, and support from Beatrice! Local (3-5 mins walk to Piazza Di Republica and Duomo) . Excellent communication and help -thank you If you’re travelling with large cases then you’ll need a taxi from the station Cortona (€25) and hard to find. Cortona is stunning ! Bnb Francesco will be my only go to in Cortona ! Grazie Mille!

even with a ceiling fan and no a/c it was cool during a warm spell. parking and getting in and out with bags was a challenge, but staff were helpful.

Location was good, there was a beautiful courtyard, the room was clean, came with a private bath room and a light breakfast. Coffee selection was great and delicious. Staff were helpful and chill. It was a private and beautiful place. Would recommend.
