Just the water

I didn't like it at all. Cleanliness wise was poor. There were spiderweb throughout the room They give you coffee and tea packs but no cups. My husband d and I actually checked for bed bugs. I wish I could get my money back!

Room was VERY MUSTY!! I have asthma and suffered greatly.

Room smell was very bad.

There was no breakfast, as the listing said. I liked the price and I'm willing to deal with quirks, especially when the staff are so responsive. I couldn't the heat to turn on when I arrived. We texted until I got it to come on. I told him (text) about a light not working as I was leaving one morning g and when I returned it was fixed. It was easy to get to the places I needed to go.

I did not like the remote contact with the staff. It was easy enough to check it and he responded promptly to my texts, but it felt like I was talking to a ghost. The water was well water and had a bad taste, but they provided bottled water to drink.

The bed was comfortable but sunk towards the middle.

No breakfast, but it was a good location. We were in Bailey’s Harbor for a wedding.

My husband had multiple bedbug bites on arms and back. These are very painful welts due to when a bedbug bites it takes a part of the skin with. I informed the owner immediately when my husband made me aware of this. He informed me he just bought the property and has not dealt with this. He needs to replace the bed if old and get bedbug canisters to fumigate to kill bugs and may need to be done multiple times. All bedding needs hot water wash and hot dryer setting. Pillows in plastic bags sealed. We were in room 5 but he needs to check all rooms. 🙁

Very pet friendly and a good value. We love the trails for early morning dog walks.

No TV reception, smelled funny, no coffee cups, old.
