bed matrix was in really bad condition. if you have any back conditions I definitely would not stay there… room was definitely not clean, I have to move the night stand to plug in my cell and found some stuff from people I am guessing was there before me. the hair dryer was all dusty. coffee maker wasn’t working 😏. I try to ignore everything to make our trip worth it. but you know when you pay for something, you have some expectations.

It’s nice that it’s on the river but it’s also right beside the highway so you definitely hear traffic.

The exterior looks very run down. It looks vacant. The pool or the hot tub weren’t working.

The river access and view was nice. The room was older but it was clean. We had an emergency arise on the day of our checkout and they were really accommodating with allowing us a bit extra time to checkout. We were really thankful for that.

The lights outside the window were incredibly bright even with the curtain closed. It was a little further from Leavenworth for what we had planned. The hot tub does not work and the place is older but overall it was a great little place to stay.

No Breakfast which we were aware of. Hot tub not in service which we wern't aware of. 3.5 miles from town of Leavenworth, WA. Located right on the beautiful Wenatchee River. Would visit again.

The location and views were wonderful. The front desk man was pleasant and the bath towels were clean and many of them.

The ac unit was frozen and barely worked. The carpet was wet and there was someone else's hair all over the bathroom. We also were charged almost $300 for this 😐

we did not eat breakfast, but the view of the river was fantastic. We'd sit on the upper deck/ walkway and read and listen to the river. Very peaceful. You could actually swim in the river as they have a small wading area. Rooms were clean, older motel, not a lot of amides but very pleasant.

The location was really nice, having the river right next to it is refreshing. It was also close to a tavern which ended up being nice too.

I was not sure of what to do when leaving before the office was open, maybe a sign that says to put the badges through the door’s mail slot? Then again this was my first time booking a night at a motel.

I loved the view of the river from our room. We arrived early and were able to check in before 2:00 p.m.

The rental was clean and well maintained, the owner was wonderful and so sweet. They kept the snow shoveled and the driveway plowed and the view of the river with the snow was breathtaking!

There is no top locks on the doors on the inside which make it so the babies could open the door on there own. We just moved a chair infront of the door at night.

We didn’t have breakfast, didn’t think it was available. Beautiful view of the river!

Loved the location by the river. The staff was excellent.

The shower in our room needs work. Water pressure from shower head was weak from leaking diverter valve.
