Location was good and property was clean.

3-way light switch in main entry wired wrong, all screen doors badly worn hard to slide and fall off tracks, GFI outlet right of stove not functional, garbage disposal not functional, refrigerator looks terrible with amount of surface rust, curtain control rod for patio curtain laying on top of television (I fixed it)

Excellent location on the North Shore.

The air conditioner upstairs did not work when we arrived. After multiple calls to the management company over the course of five days, they finally replaced the air conditioner (small window unit). The property was very dirty. Everything from the floors to the refrigerator needed to be cleaned when we arrived.

I loved being on the closed golf course. The kids had so much room to run and play. The kitchen was fully stocked and the refrigerator was big. Thank you for the outside furniture because we got to relax while the kids played into the night.

There were a lot of mosquitoes in the bathrooms. More towels for bathing would have been nice. An extra blanket would have been good too. A more comfortable couch in the living room would have helped as well. I like to watch TV when I go to sleep.
