Breakfast was good. Room was great when room was taken care of.

The last day/night our room wasn’t refreshed and our used towels were folded and put back for us to reuse. Pool was really small.

The location was safe and within walking distance of dining and grocery stores. I loved that the room had a fridge and microwave since I have to eat a special diet. The breakfast was amazing and the hotel was clean and aesthetically pleasing.

The pool was fun. A little chilly but was ok. We loved the trail out behind the hotel that led to the sensory park. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was a mess. LONG line for the single toaster and for the fruit bowl. Maybe add an additional toaster and more fruit. When i can for a drink there was only milk and no staff around to ask for anything else

Funcionários super gentis. Restaurante dentro do hotel que foi ótimo pro dia que chegamos tarde. Café da manhã bem diversificado, com frutas, pães, ovo, etc. Boa localização.

O quarto era 1 cama com um sofá cama, extremamente desconfortável, não era nem um colchão de tão fino, tinha ferros de sustentação no sofá que machucaram meus filhos. Entrei em contato com a Booking para mudar de quarto, sem solução. No dia em que chegamos estávamos cansados, o sofá cama não estava montado, não tinha lençol, nem coberta suficiente, tivemos que descer na recepção para pedir. Em nenhum dos dias foi reposto toalha com a quantidade suficiente, serviço de quarto deixou a desejar.
