Das Frühstück war sehr gut und sehr preiswert.

Außerordentlich nett wurden wir im Hönel-Hof empfangen, ortskundig beraten und im Nebenbau herumgeführt, das Zimmer war sauber, mit der Terasse ein super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis! Die Betten sind sehr bequem, für einen Wanderausflug wärmstens zu empfehlen! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um die Ecke und von hier aus kann man ne Menge toller Routen starten - wir kommen gern wieder!

Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit Gemeinschaftsdusche im Haupthaus. Alles sehr sauber, gut durchdacht, Teekocher und Teebeutel verfügbar, kleine Trocknerstange am Heizkörper, Frühstück sehr liebevoll gemacht, Fähre oder S-Bahn sehr nah

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und schön angerichtet. Wünsche konnten geäußert werden. Die Lage der Pension ist sehr gut.

Das Familienzimmer ist schon etwas eng, da man aber viel unterwegs ist, ist es ausreichend.

ich war mit meinem enkel leider nur 2 nächte da...auch wenn ich nicht mehr so jung bn, hat es mich nicht gestört über den hof auf toilette zu müssen....ich wußte das ja im vorfeld....es war alles vorhanden, auch zu dusche und fernsehraum war es kein problem zu gelangen, nette vermieter, uns wurde alles genauestens gezeigt und erklärt, das dazu gebuchte frühstück war sehr gut, wir waren mit öffentlichen verkehrsmitteln und es war trotzdem kein problem überall hin zu gelangen, wir können uns über nichts beklagen, wir kommen gerne wieder

I've stayed in a budget double room just for a night to visit a concert in the area. Clean room, safe area, friendly host. Keep in mind that a bathroom for this specific room is in the opposite building, which is ok during summer. Beautiful garden and surrounded views of Elbe river. Less than 10min walk from the train station

Simple room near garage for bike, for night on journey perfect. Very clean, nice garden and siting there, possible drinks, breakfast, calm, nice eiew, 3 km Bad Schandau centrum. Thank you!

The room was comfortable, the staff were so helpful and nice; the best part was the garden! It’s beautiful during sunset. The bus stop and Sbahn station is 5 minutes away by walk.

Public transportation from Krippen is so rare; try to be punctual and learn the timetable of buses and Sbahns.

Directly on the Elbe bike route, good restaurants close by

Bathroom far away from my room

I've never met a more welcoming host! We got a full tour of the property and facilities when we arrived (which was also early). The rooms were great and the outside garden area with cold drinks available for purchase was lovely (amazing view). Close to the ferry which takes you to the other side of the river otherwise it's a few kms walk. Once you are over there it's close to heaps of hikes and walks

A fan for the room would have been great but it was fairly well insulated anyway

Right on the river and the owner suggested a fantastic terrace restaurant right across from the accomodation

Wished I could have stayed longer

Host was very good , facility excellent, public transport near by , great surroundings specially beer bar is excellent.

Well maintained and super clean place with attentive staff. Budget room with shared bathroom perfect for one night.

As others have mentioned before, room size for more than one could be demanding, shared bathroom is a short walk outside, and light sleepers should be aware of the rail traffic. All that was not a problem for me though.

Perfect breakfast! Good location near train station and ferry. Very friendly host. Great price/quality ratio. Couple restaurants nearby and at least one grocery store - Provianter Krippen.

Poor wifi (but it is great to take a brake from everyone and recover). Walls are too thin and you can hear your neighbours.

it was great value for money, however the pillow I slept with was too big and square

The location is very good for hiking in the national park. There is a train station (10 min walk) and a ferry point to cross Elbe. Also, a good restaurant nearby.

At night there was some noise from passing trains.
