Location, cleanliness, views

Unheated pool with an additional cost and little info ahead of time to give us a heads up to get pool heated at arrival. Paid for a home with a private pool and never could get in. Surveillance camera inside Lanai was invasive and unnecessary. Should be located outside the home so its useful for owner but not invading in guest privacy. Very upsetting.

Nice house with well laid our floor plan. Nice pool. Convenient location to city attractions and restaurants. Good launching point for day excursions.

A/c didn't work upon arrival. Called property manager to report the problem. No one every called us back. Eventually a/c caught up and worked.

Lovely quiet neighborhood and beautiful location. Home was clean& space both inside were enjoyable.

Property was a bit dated inside with the exception to bathrooms and kitchen. Upon arrival air conditioning was not working properly so we had to call management to see if they could call ac repair. Our evening plans were ditched waiting for repair man to fix. Problem was resolved in about 4 hours. Several things in the home, shade, dresser drawer and ice maker were either damaged or not working. I suggest that items in the home & reported to mgmt co.

Spacious kitchen, comfortable beds, quiet location, pool was clean, and warm. Had great views right on the canal.

Saw two cockroaches (1 in a bedroom, the other in hallway) Wifi was slow/spotty.

The house was beautiful and had a nice open area kitchen. The tile floor was great because I am in a wheelchair. We had access to bikes and fishing poles. Beds were comfortable and the property was very well kept. Location was good to access our friend's condo and restaurants. They had suite case stands in the closet and labels on most of the light switches.

The pool was not heated so we really did not use it. A fee of $40/day was required to heat it, which is outrageous when paying this price for the weekly rental. The house layout was awkward where the 3 bedrooms and a bathroom all converged on one small hallway. The DISH network was terrible. Very few TV selections and no instructions for more. The first time we placed a towel on the towel rack, it collapsed. It was evident that it was broken but just placed back together to look good.
