I’m not much for breakfast but I did have an apple. The service was great and very professional and friendly not to leave out very helpful. I would give you a 5 star rating easily. The location was perfect for me and my two dogs!

How convenient it was to get around

The beds were very comfortable.

How booking.com communicated to the facility. They had the wrong number of people and they refused to refund the money when we switched our reservation through booking.com as we were told we were allowed to do and said we likely were going to have to pay more because of it. The bathroom was not very clean along the edges of the room and we had several large spiders.

the daytime front desk staff was willing to try to make the experience better.

The room we were originally given was located directly to the south of the back exit door/outside smoking area of the hotel. The door was carelessly allowed to slam shut once or twice every two hours or so, waking me and shaking the hotel room with the slam. I can only assume people were exiting to smoke cigarettes, as there is an ashtray located directly outside the slamming door. After two nights of no sleep, a staff member accommodated my request for a room change. Unfortunately, the new room, although being two floors up, was located on the same end of the hotel as the slamming door. The sound was dampened some, but it was not inaudible and continued to keep me awake through our third night. If you are at all sensitive to sound, stay far away from this hotel! You will not get a comfortable night's sleep, as there are many people too concerned with getting a nicotine fix to take ten seconds to close the back exit door softly behind them.

This is a pet friendly hotel, so we chose to stay here with our two dogs. Checked in and the lady at the desk never explicitly asked if we had dogs. So the next morning, the manager knocks on the door and wakes us up to inform us that we owe a $250 fee for having pets. What?! He said there are specific rooms for pets - understandable. Then he goes on to say I signed a form when I checked in that stated I’ll be fined $250 if I have pets in a non-pet-room. The lady at check-in never mentioned that. It’s $15 or something like that per pet. We would have gladly paid that over $250!! Our dogs are potty trained and hypoallergenic. It’s not like they left a mess behind. We were there for less than 24 hours. Very disappointed with this hotel and management team. So, I do not recommend this hotel. The rooms also have an old stingy oder to them, like an old smoke smell.

Pet friendly - very reasonable fee. Great pool area. Good breakfast options.

The room was quite clean, but did smell a little musty. The water pressure (shower) could be a little stronger.

The service was friendly though not too knowledgable (and therefor easily stressed out). The pool was very clean, but the pool towels were almost the smallest pool towels ever.

The breakfast was the main problem for us. The pastries and bread were stale, the fruit old and too ripe, the selection very limited.
