We discovered that the pool was not available, due to maintenance/repair issue that had started long before we booked our room. It was one of the deciding factors when choosing where to stay that we enjoy a swim in the evening and next morning. Very disappointing. There were obvious signs that the property had under gone a renovation, because the workmanship was poorly done. Particularly disturbing was that the tub did not drain well and you were forced to shower in standing water.

Place was so bad we didn’t even stay. Not told that the Pool was closed and under construction I didn’t feel comfortable making my family stay there.

The room was not cleaned, still had old bed sheets, beds were not made, tables were dirty, trash can still full, no towels, no toilet paper. We had to clean the room and sanitize ourself. Lost goes on and on. I shouldn't have to pay for this stay. If I don't get refunded or compensated, I will no longer use booking.com.

Loved the options of plug ins on the lamps, loved the bench seat, the comfortable desk chair, the full length mirror, microwave, fridge, closet, comfortable bed, lots of pillows, sitting chair with ottoman. Many items that are appreciated for business and personal travel. Thank you!
