Spacious, tvs in all rooms, woodland setting, great for a multi-day stay to explore the town and hiking trail next to the river.
Exterior was a littled dated, cafe was more of a concession stand.

We loved our room and the amenities offered in the complex. It was perfect considering the poor weather conditions that weekend.
We had a long wait to check in due to high holiday traffic, so plan ahead!

Well maintained both inside the rental and the grounds. We are currently considering a future stay since we were so pleased with our experience.

Terrible manager and villa cleanliness was extremely poor and disappointing. Mold everywhere!!!! Addressed mold and spider webs to manager and she had no care in the world. She was rude and has no customer service skills. Took pictures and offered to show but didn't seem to care. I won't be going there anymore with my baby or family.

Spacious suite with two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a dining area. Staff gave good recommendations for sightseeing.
Just stop trying to sell us a timeshare. It’s 2023. Everyone knows by now that they’re a terrible deal.
Also, the pull-out couch needed a cleaning. Had crumbs, etc on it.

Rooms (especially carpet) could have been cleaner. Indoor pool crowded and noisy. Limited snack/food options.

This is my second time getting a 3 BR presidential unit & again, the jacuzzi tub was not clean. Didn’t use it anyway so it didn’t affect me.

We liked everything about this facility. Cleanliness was off the charts. Every detail meticulously cared for with spacious living areas. Fantastic!

I like that it was close to everything in the staff was friendly.
The first time I checked into head dog hair all over it and caused a allergic reaction with my skin. I quickly realized it and went to the front desk and they swapped my rooms with no problem. Beds were OK but a little hard. Also, the fixtures in the bathroom are coming apart and the word sink needed replaced. Everything else was good. Other than the air conditioning did not work very well.

The amenities, the space. It was perfect .
We brought our own food so we cooked the whole stay, the kitchen had everything.
No elevators, but I guess I should of asked to be on the first floor. It was hard bringing up and down a infant.. but we managed and that didn't stop us from having fun.

The villa was roomy and the indoor pool in the morning was awesome!
The location was a little dated, but very cozy and convenient. A lot of amenities on site were closed, unfortunately -- but being as it was midweek during the winter it's understood. The room did have some accumulated dust. Otherwise, the stay was awesome and the accomodations were great for the price.

The water was very cloudy in all of the sinks and bathrooms in our room which didn’t look safe to drink or use. Also the jacuzzi had crumbs and dirt specs in it from the guest prior to us. (Not very clean or hygienic) just shows how often they actually get thoroughly cleaned!

no elevators would make the third floor really hard with lots of luggage. we were lucky to be on the first floor.
