We spent a great week here. We had everything we need and the communication with Paula and Corrina was very easy since the first time.

Everything was fine, except the gardener. That man came many times, spontaneous & without saying „ Hello, may I disturb you?“… it‘s a little bit strange, when somebody walks early in the morning around your house.
But at the end, we were happy, many thanks.

The property description was very accurate. We loved the pool and all of the outdoor seating. The gardens are beautiful and we all had to get a picture with Ellie the elephant. Thank you for sharing you home with our family! Only suggestion would be to have more fans, spices for cooking, toilet paper, soap and coffee pods. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

It was a lovely villa in an excellent location close to main roads. The garden was beautiful and the pool excellent. A couple of small problems were dealt with efficiently by Corrine the manager. The only downside were there were several dogs in the area that barked at times, one behind the property barking through the night on more than one occasion!

I would highly recommend this villa, it was perfect for our family group of 7 adults and older teenagers.
The villa and pool were spotless, the grounds were beautiful, and the location perfect.
Although the villa doesn't have air con, the surrounding trees keep the villa cool, so the 30+ degree heat was never a problem. The rooms are light and airy, with plenty of room. The garden and grounds are fabulous, and the abundance of outside furniture makes it easy to be outside, in either the sun or the shade.
Communication with the owner and on site manager were easy and excellent.
The pretty local village is a short walk down the road, and the gorgeous local beaches only a short drive away.
We were very sad to leave, and will be back.

The house is very well maintained and spacious. Everything you’ll need is there and it makes you feel right at home. The garden is so beautiful. This together with the large swimming pool makes it the perfect outdoors for us.
We’ve enjoyed our stay so much and would highly recommend it to anyone.

This is a great villa with fantastic outdoor space and a large pool. The grounds are very well maintained and the villa was spotless. We spent most of our time just hanging out at the villa. Well located for nearby beaches and supermarkets. The local town has good local restaurants and a small well stocked shop all within walking distance.

Beautiful gateaway
This property felt like our own private resort with the large gated grounds and beautiful pool. The property manager stayed in contact with us throughout our stay. The property is convenient to see various sites and beaches. Highly recommend.

Birthday Celebration with a family get together.
What a wonderful long weekend we spent at the villa..the weather was glorious...the pool and surrounding gardens were marvellous. Corrina the manager was so kind and helpful. I would recommend the villa 100%.

Excellent Villa with beautifull green garden close to everything
We stayed with our family of 5 and had a fantastic week. The villa is wel located and close to beaches, restaurants, shops and supermarkets (10-15 min). Ask Paul for tips and you will feel like local incrowd. The garden and pool area is great and better than the pictures. Highly recommended!

weekend of fun
We had a wonderful weekend here, everything most enjoyable, the gardens are a delight with trees, bushes and herbs producing a lovely aroma. Our grandson ran about all day long and had great fun in the pool, as did all of us. Hope to return some day.

We had a perfect stay, a few days in family at the beach and by the pool. We had great barbecues and a really relaxing time. The house is very big and comfortable, and the garden is huge. The pool is awesome! The staff was very discreet and friendly. Highly recommend.

Gorgeous setting
The pool is just the right temperature. The surroundings stunning. We chose it for its outside space and were not disappointed. Great location for Ubers into town and close to some super restaurants and beaches.

Beautiful villa in the Algarve
The villa was perfect for a family holiday. We were a group of eight and had lots of space, the property is beautifully maintained, very relaxing, has a wonderful garden and pool area, is well equipped with everything for a comfortable stay. Thank you to Paula and Corinna for their kind welcome.

En arrivant à la villa, nous avons été agréablement surpris par la beauté de l'endroit. Aussi bien l'intérieur que l'extérieur tout y est prévu pour nous offrir un séjour parfait et relaxant. Nous y avons séjourné 3 jours et 2 nuits avec 5 enfants et tout le monde aurait aimé pouvoir y rester quelques jours de plus. Une merveilleuse adresse que nous recommandons avec grand plaisir. .

I was on holiday with my girlfriend so it was extra special to have it to ourselves , after a few all inclusive hotel holidays this was a welcome change , no putting towels on sun beds , no noisy adults ( I understand kids are noisy ) ..No cheesy entertainment and queuing for food and drinks .. We had breakfast and lunch in the Villa and went out for evening meals , following some of the advice from the info pack in the Villa .. We walked into Porches for a couple of meals and used the shop which sold everything we needed .. The best thing about Quinta Roseires without doubt is the garden we felt like millionaires ..We will defintely return .Martin Smith & Debi Lane

Nous avons passé 10 jours dans la propriété. Nous étions 4 adultes et 3 enfants (de 7, 10 et 11 ans). Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la maison, qui est très fonctionnelle, spacieuse, la piscine et l'espace extérieur. Tout est fait pour se sentir bien. Les plages sont proches. Allez-y sans hésitation.

What a week to remember
We booked the villa recommended to us to celebrate our brothers 65th birthday, 3 families all together, with various ages between ourselves.
The villa is secluded in spectacular gardens,with a lovely pool, BBQ area with sun beds umbrellas and everything to make a lovely fun holiday with the family.
The gardens ,pool and villa being maintained to the highest standard, during our stay the cleaner visited mid week, so did the gardener and the House Keeper met you on arrival and departure and was available at the end of the phone, what a lovely helpful and friendly person Carrina is.
This property has everything , spacious and with every amenity for comfort without being on top of one another.
All three families will wish to visit again in the future, only disappointment we didnt book for 2 weeks.

beautiful , secluded with so much space
We visited the Algarve as a family for a wedding. We chose this lovely villa because of location and closeness to the wedding venue. So glad we did and we plan to go back. It is a lovely setting with huge gardens and an amazing pool. The villa has loads of space ,Big bedrooms, good bathrooms, great terrace for eating outside or just relaxing on . It is very peaceful and relaxing but close (by car) to beautiful beaches and great restaurants. Although if you like chilling and eating al fresco he kitchen has everything u could need in it and more. A very generous welcome pack was provided and very much appreciated as we arrived very late in the evening . The housekeeper was there to meet us and was very helpful.. We were also able to check out late as there was no one coming in after us. Communication with Julie(the owner) was first class. We had a great time here, Thank you
