, pool was lovely, the upstairs seating area was great

as there was 6 of us there was not enough chairs outside to sit , only 2 wine glasses so other people had to us tumblers, when we wanted a hot drink there was only 3 cups so people had to wait .i think the property needs a good clean and new cutlery. there was a bit of a hill to get to the shops and bars

Pool was a good size. BBQ was decent Rooms are big & Layout is good Puerta del Carmen beach is about 10 minute walk (there is a decent hill to tackle on the way back up) Taxi from Centre is about €3, Taxi to Supermarket €5 which you can ring from Villa. The resort itself is ideal for families & the beach is spotless.

The Villa is a bit tired - but you have just about everything you need. The outdoor furniture is quite old & a bit uncomfortable, which is a real shame as the space itself is lovely. Some of the electrics look like they need some attention. WIFI not great upstairs.

All sunbeds were broken and need replacing only 5 available Metal table in kitchen was not comfortable Metal outside table and chairs very uncomfortable only 4 cushions and 6 chairs Kettle didn't boil, medium hot water Lacking in utensils Very dark lighting in kitchen and lounge

Needs more television channels new sunbeds and a new kettle

Keys were tough to obtain, was never given code so had to call for help but once it was sorted the lockbox was a good feature. The pool and backyard area were very good for the price. Decent location.

Villa was filthy. Used boxers on the balcony, dirty floors, cups, and glasses. No supplies of any kind e.g. sponges to wash up.

lovely Villa, spacious, pool was fantastic, location was great. aircon was great. good to have a washing machine handy.

dishes were unclean. couch really needs updating, it’s unclean and definitely past it’s use by date. downstairs bathroom locked itself from the inside meaning we could not use it at all, grateful my kids were not inside when it closed. shutters could have been cleaned before we arrived. bed mattress was so uncomfortable and really needs updating.

It was functional to most of our needs, but we won't return.

The pool had not been cleaned prior to our arrival, and the outside pool area needed cleaning. There were five sun beds three of them were broken but they were all pretty grimey they need to be replaced. When we tried to use the oven to cook on a night we stayed in it tripped all the electricity supply, I did email about it and booking. Com got back to me advising that the property manager would be in contact, I never heard from them. The villa needs a little updating. The wardrobes were all dirty. I suppose this reflects the price.

We had a fantastic stay at the Villa, everything was perfect, we will definitely book again hopefully for next year.
