Everything is beyond perfect! When you just go inside the hotel smells very clean and amazing. The staff was very helpful and good-humored. We didn't have chance to try breakfast but it was also looking very good. Everything was super clean. We are planning to visit Porto again, we will definitely stay at the same place. Plus in my opinion hotel location is also great. If you are okey with walking, you can go anywhere by walking. But if you don't prefer that you can use taxi etc. which makes the road very very short. And I also need to add that since the beginning communication from the hotel was helpful! You could find a person to ask your questions even before arriving Portugal or Porto.

La atención del personal (sobre todo Sonia) Nos recibió de maravilla. Además no teníamos reservado plaza para la moto y amablemente nos permitió en el garaje un lugar para guardarla. Tienen maquina de café y dulces típicos para degustar siempre. La habitación preciosa y todo bien insonorizado. ¡A 5 minutos del café Majestic!

Alojamento confortável e com localização excelente! Apesar do quarto em si ser de pequena dimensão, tem tudo o que é necessário e acaba por ser prático. Casa de banho ótima e cama bastante confortável. Fiquei bastante satisfeita!

Acredito que o quarto tenha sido recentemente pintado, pois quando entramos notamos logo um ligeiro cheiro a tinta. Algumas marcas de tinta no chão do quarto que facilmente poderiam ser retiradas. Pormenores fazem a diferença.

Le charme d’une maison familiale

Pas d’isolation sonore, on entendait les autres occupants prendre leur douche et parler dans leur chambre. Mais ce n’est qu’un petit bémol ça ne nous a pas vraiment dérangées.

We had stayed before and enjoyed the location, free on-site parking and were able to stay in the same good sized room. Staff are really helpful and friendly. Good breakfast. We booked onto a recommended Port tour which was excellent.

We tried all bank and credit cards that we had on us to pay the hotel but none would work. We had to draw cash out to pay which I think we will be clobbered for by the Credit co. It was the only transaction that failed. Definitely the hotels problem.

Great staff, charming boutique hotel close to where you want to be. Loved the free coffee and cake 24/7!

The room could use a fresh coat of paint but otherwise clean, and comfortable bed.
