Bright, clean and spacious! It was exactly what we needed for a trip to Bruges with our children (5 and 6) who immediately settled in and were grateful for a little home in the city. We received a warm welcome and our stay was perfect.

Great apartments in the old centre of Brugge. We stayed in two rooms studio with a kitchenette and there was everything that we needed. The kitchen was well equipped, there was a desk, heating was working perfectly. There is also private parking available. Wifi connection is fast enough to work remotely. The owner is super nice.

Really great central location. The hosts were extremely kind and friendly. Lovely free coffee and Easter eggs every morning while we stayed there. The rooms were lovely and spacious. Although there wasn’t daily cleaning, if you needed extra items/something cleaned there was a form you could request it on.

Great location, lovely clean apartment. Spacious enough for our group. Roughly 10 minute walk from the train station and very centrally located. Close enough to all the attractions but still quiet enough to not have the late nightlife disturbing you. we loved this trip and would highly recommend Bonobo Apartments

What did we like? Everything! From the get/go, communications were excellent. We arrived late at night, in the dark but every instruction told us what to do and how to access. 100%. The apartment (we were upgraded from standard to superior) was absolutely spotless and warm. Galley style kitchen had everything we needed, crockery, cutlery, pots, microwave and hob. The hob took me a few minutes to figure out but once we got the hang it was simple!! Bedroom en suite with extra pillows and heave blankets also readily available. Shower was excellent with lots of hot water. Free coffee and tea in the reception area during business hours. The apartment is a short walk to everything, including the train station. We'd definitely recommend.

being picky - a better hairdryer and a blind in the bathroom velux, but nothing of note!

Due to a canceled flight from the US, we skipped our stop in Brussels and came directly to Bruges by train from Brussels Airport. When I informed our hosts that we were arriving early but would just wait until the 14:00 check-in, they replied that we could check in early. That was such welcome news after our long trip to get here. As this was our 3rd visit to Bruges, I found Bonobo apartment to have the best location and the most useful, well-organized facilities. We were very comfortable here, especially important for a 7-day stay in winter!
