The apartment is beautiful, well appointed and comfortable with a beautiful location in Ascona.

Access to the apartment is via a back street through what seems to be a restaurant kitchen. It smells awful, and the back door locks both from the in and outside. This seems to be a safety hazard as there is no emergency exit unless you have a key. As well, the apartment is directly adjacent to a nightclub. Don’t expect a quiet or relaxing stay - the noise continued until 3am and it was not possible to sleep.

Overall a pleasant stay in Ascona with the Seven Group - I did not stay in the apartment finally due to some ongoing maintenance but was promptly offered a lake view room in the Boutique Hotel Several compensations (parking, breakfast) and price adjustments due to my required re booking and honest efforts to make it up A finally lovely stay for a few days at the lake in Ascona - can recommend a visit to everyone
