wonderful location and efficient management

I was offered to exchange one day of cleaning for a hotel restaurant voucher. At the end the voucher never came and both days' cleaning was skipped. It wasn't critical, but a little bit of discomfort and disappointment at the end of the stay. It could be an English miscommunication with the staff.

Free juice in the lobby and free coffee in the restaurant area were nice touches. Overall really clean and good value.

Very close to the port and bus station

The best thing about this hotel is the location. It is right next to the bus terminal and in front of the ferry terminal as well. There may be some new rooms but ours was quite dated and I bet it used to be a smoking room a few years ago. Recommend it purely for the location.

I booked it for the location and the pool, but the pool was quite disappointing, it needed more cleaning and maintenance. The onsen was also all indoors and not memorable.

Location is good. It is located at harbour and close to city center. Wide choice for food range from bar to japanese food.

They dont have free parking. It is 100JPY/hr. For people who travel with car may sounds not good. Kids playground is very dirty.

Super helpful staff, especially Imai san who went above and beyond to help make restaurant and tour reservations prior to my arrival.

Right next to both the port and bus terminal, very centrally located in downtown Ishigaki and near to many local restaurants and bars.
