The Villa was outstanding . One entire floor to ourselves . Extremely well equipped . Could have spent a month there . Herr Ronny ( Host ) met us at the gate , handed over the keys and some local tips . We have seen him each day for a chat and more tips .

Such a quaint apartment with a fabulous view of Meissen. The view alone is worth staying here, but the apartment also is very comfortable and incredibly well equipped. Our family of four went to Germany over the holidays and added Meissen and this cozy apartment at the last minute, and we’re so glad we did. The owners decorated it for Christmas, which made it even cozier. We really enjoyed the working fireplace and various options available to make coffee. The kitchen has more dishes, modern appliances, linens, etc., than anywhere we've ever stayed. We’ll definitely be back!

The stairs up the hill to the property are very steep. Though the train station is a stone’s throw away, I’d recommend taking a cab to the property, to avoid lugging bags up the steps. It’s easier taking them down to the station later. But don’t let the steps deter you! The hill is what provides such a beautiful view over the town, and the castle lights at night are spectacular!

Excellent location, just steps away from the historical city center. Beautifully decorated, sparkling clean apartment with amazing view. The apartment has everything you need. The flower arrangement with flowers from the garden was a nice touch.

From the tastefully decorated apartment, to the beautiful gardens, the amazing views and the substantial, delicious and varied breakfasts, Rebenhaus Meissen is a true gem. There was nothing that hadn’t been thought of. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable. The location, with views over the old town, was excellent. The walk into town down 128 steps through the beautiful garden and across the train line only took a few minutes, even if the climb back up took a little longer! Breakfast was served in your apartment and there was so much food we were able to supplement the leftovers with a few additions from the nearby supermarket to make a tasty evening meal. We would highly recommend Rebenhaus Meissen.
