Das Haus verfügt über ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Gas-Kamin und Kabel-TV im ersten Stock. In der 2. Etage befindet sich ein übergroßes Hauptschlafzimmer mit Queensize-Bett, Kommode und begehbarem Kleiderschrank. Darüber hinaus gibt es ein eigenes Badezimmer mit einer Duschkabine. Schlafzimmer Nr. 2 hat ein sehr bequemes Queen-Size-Bett und einen Schrank. Schlafzimmer Nr. 3 hat ein Queen-Size-Bett und einen Schrank. Es gibt auch ein weiteres Badezimmer auf dem Flur.

Overall the property was great. I personally had a few hiccups that I noticed. The first one was that the property is listed that there is a pool. I didn't see any access to the pool area. The house is sectioned off with the owners living in the downstairs area and they never really bothered us. Most of the time we didn't even know they were there. The other issue that I had was Sunday morning I went to take a shower and even after leaving the water running for about 5 mins to attempt to get it to at least warm water it never did. I don't know if the property owners were taking a shower or had just taken one but even the whole 10 mins that I was trying to take a shower (attempting to get the water warm and while actually showering) it never did get about slightly cold. I would suggest if they are going to stay there they might want to get an electric tankless heater. This should allow the water to get warm and be good for all people in the house. Other than that the property was nice, In a good neighborhood, about 5 miles from the strip and plenty of food places around if you want to get out for a quick bite close tot he location.

The place was clean and comfortable. The host was a good communicator. The house is shared although you will not see the host on your part of the house. I would have been more comfortable with this if we had a lock on our side as well as on their side. Other than that- a pleasant stay - would recommend

When you walk in there is a door like it would go to a kitchen area that it locked from the other side and says private with a covering you can’t see in there. You go upstairs another section is blocked off. There is a garage there but no access in or no way inside house to go to garage. Only one way in and out that’s the front door. We finally got a feeling someone else was living in that part of the house. We all had a very uneasy feeling there even our teenage daughter and her friend didn’t even want to stay. Luckily it was just one night. We were out first thing next morning. Just wished it would have been disclosed that someone else would be living in the home and we would have chosen somewhere else to stay.

Our brief stay could not have been more enjoyable. Immaculate describes the house. All necessities provided, and many luxury amenities too. Booking and our entire stay was as uncomplicated and easy as could be. Prompt, cordial communication with host. Modern house with charming decor in very quiet community. Highly recommended.

Great place for adults
A very nice house full of beautiful glass artwork. There was no access to a full kitchen, just a small hotel-style kitchenette as advertised. A part of the rental space was a sectioned-off office space and half the ground floor (everything other than the living room) was blocked off (where I assume the owner lives since they parked their car in the driveway as well). It would have been nice to know beforehand that they live in the house as well since the parked car that showed up next to ours late at night gave us a little bit of a scare. Otherwise it was a very nice house with beautiful decoration and nice sleeping accommodations.

Very comfortable, beautifully decorated home. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels. Kitchenette full of drinks and fruit. We truly enjoyed our stay. At first I did miss having a kitchen to cook in because we usually eat breakfast in, but on the other hand it was nice to not cook and clean a kitchen on vacation. Owners very nice. Close to many restaurants, stores and of course the strip. I would gladly rent again!

The property was perfect. The hosts were great
We used the property as a "home" venue for a wedding ceremony in front of the fireplace below the beautiful chandelier. We choose abundant weddings for their wedding package. We chose creative bridal wear for our rented formal wear. For the same price as one of those get you out the door fast chapels I would strongly recommend this option for couples looking for a budget friendly wedding but who don't want to have a numbered commercialized wedding with extra costs added on post wedding. Thank you very much to the hosts of this property. We will never forget you both.
