The location is perfect. While you can enjoy busy night life by few minutes walk, you get a good rest at a quite area. The owners Ugur & Natalia are exceptional. The breakfast and afternoon coffee/tea are home made with amazing taste. The owners are taking care of the guests like you are visiting your friends. They take care of all your needs and give very good tips about the area.

Amazing staff, the owners were super helpful. The owner, Ms. Natalie is baking for teatime and serving amazing cookies at 5 PM. Such a nice hotel with cute decorations.

It's a lovely decorated and cosy boutique hotel with two main houses which are connected through a beautiful garden and pool court. The place is perfecly located in Alacati. Very close to the central area (3min walk) but still in a quite area. It's easy to reach and there is enough parking space right at the front door. The hosts and the whole team are very nice, always helpful and made our stay perfect and memorable. +amazing breakfast +spacious rooms +very clean +perfect location to explore alacati ++great hosts

Beautifully designed hotel with helpful stuff (especially mr Ugur who helped us for everything that we need), clean and beautifully decorated rooms, delicious breakfast in a perfect peaceful area (just 5 minutes walk to the main street in Alacati with many restaurants and bars)! Hope to see you next summer :)

Staff were very friendly and gave great advice on transport and things to do. We were allowed to check in early and they were able to provide us with private transfer at short notice. Pool is beautiful, very relaxing and we both slept very well!!

Its so clean and look fresh

Everything in this hotel deserves 10+. I have never been in a hotel that is so clean, and I have traveled a lot. Everything smells so nice. Huge bravooo for that. The hosts and all girls there were very kind and helpful, and they was there for everything we needed. The pool is great, the garden too, the rooms are cute and cozy. Breakfast was very delicious. Location is perfect. In the center, but hidden of the crowds and noise. You cross the main street and you are in the Çarsi. The bus stop is just around the corner, a taxi stop too, so you can easily arrange trips to different beaches and to the Çesme. Ugur and his wife will help you with all informations (if you don’t know Turkish like us, don’t worry, both of them speak English very well). Thank you very much, mom and I were very happy in your hotel and if we come to Alaçati again, and I hope we will, we will surely be your guests again. Big greetings from the two of us

Proximity to the central area yet calm and peaceful. The stay was fabulous. The rooms were very neat and clean and the room owners were super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Alaçatı. Would love to visit this property again.
