Good location and a good size

Everything in the property was cheap and of a minimal standard.

Location of property was convenient. House was large enough to accommodate size of group.

Enjoyed the open plan space. Location good.

It would be nice to review the charges for recharging electric vehicles. $30 a day is exorbitant. Was reviewed to $90 for 6 days. Public charging station rate is .45 cents per KWH. My car has a 13.5KWH battery. 13.5 x .45 = $6.08. Felt rather ripped off and disappointed. Needs to be seriously reviewed.

Was tidy but Needs thorough clean

Very spacious house, can accommodate up to 10 guests if required. Close proximity to beach. Very easy to book, and check in instructions were easy to follow.

The weather was quite cold during our stay - approx 10-15C, and probably under 10C overnight. Unfortunately there is only one air con in the lounge and fireplace. Despite this it was quite cold in the bedrooms. One of the bed linens had sand in it, but fortunately there were many other beds to sleep in for the kids so this wasn't particularly an issue

Savage prickles in the lawn. No barefeet

Unfortunately, this house needs a 'deep clean'! Extra doona's (to use in the coldness of the house) were dirty, and smelt of sweat! I had to wash the cover and air the doona itself. The carpets in the main bedroom were disgusting - they need a carpet clean! The old delapidated lounge furniture in the TV room was absolutely filthy from sweat and dirt. We had to find a cover to be able to sit on it! The hot water system was turned OFF when we arrived and there was no note made identifiable to ensure we turned it on! Did manage to do this on the main powerboard which I had to also find! House was cold - no wood or paper to make a fire and yet there was a fireplace - in the middle of winter that could have helped!!
