The beds were very comfortable. Response to questions were promptly answered. a different coffee machine was provided when I commented on the one already there.

Kitchen utensils and crockery/glasses were limited not what I would call a well equipped kitchen. Chairs in lounge area were not very comfortable. There were no English tv channels or ability to watch Netflix.

It was a surprise when we opened the door we saw bananas, crisps and mineral water (as a welcome gift on the dinner table) which we really appreciated. Also, they provided us with enough detergent for the washing machine and dishwasher. Bathrooms were equipped with enough paper and soap for your hands. In the kitchen there was some salt and pepper which was very practical for our cooking.

Hot water wasn't as hot as we liked. There were 3 bathrooms but only one with bath had medium hot water in the shower so we could only use this bathroom to shower. The sound of T.V. wasn't very good. Also, it would have been nice to be able to watch news channels in English such as BBC or Sky.

I have to say that we absolutely loved the beds and the layout of the house. The beds were comfortable and provided a good night's sleep, while the layout of the house was spacious and well-designed. The villa is also located near some good restaurants, which was great for dining out. However, I would advise renting a car to explore the area further, as there are some hidden gems that are worth checking out.

Unfortunately, there were a few issues that affected my stay. Firstly, the kitchen constantly had a strong smell of wet dog, which was quite unpleasant. Additionally, the shower drains were clogged with long hair, which was surprising as none of us had long hair. The villa had a pool which I'm sure would be very refreshing during Lanzarote's hottest months. However, we stayed in February and the pool was VERY cold, so you may need some serious confidence to get in. The showers in the house only came up to a lukewarm temperature, so if you're looking for a steamy bath, you might be disappointed. We tried using the kettle to bring up the temperature slightly but gave up after a while. Despite these issues, I believe that the villa has the potential to be a great place to stay, especially during the hotter months. The location is nice and the villa itself is spacious. However, the issues with the kitchen smell and the shower drains should definitely be addressed.
