Kürzlich komplett renoviert mit allem Komfort wie zu Hause, einschließlich DirectTV und WIFI. 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder mit einer voll ausgestatteten Küche für alle Ihre Kochbedürfnisse. Mit Kaffee, Mehl, Haartrockner, Shampoo bestückt ....... Die Schlafzimmer verfügen über sehr bequeme Betten mit hochwertiger Bettwäsche! Die Lage ist nur wenige Blocks vom Highway 528 entfernt, der Hauptstraße durch Rio Rancho und nur wenige Kilometer nördlich von Albuquerque. 5 Meilen zum Balloon Fiesta Park. Es gibt einen wunderschönen Wanderweg in der Nähe und einen Park für Kinder und Haustiere. Wir haben andere Häuser in der Umgebung, bitte erkundigen Sie sich. Dies ist unser vierter Mietvertrag und wir bekommen mit allen begeisterte Kritiken. Wir sind sehr stolz auf die Art und Weise, wie unsere Häuser für Ihren Komfort dekoriert und bestückt sind ... wir müssen etwas richtig machen!

We came to Rio Rancho to celebrate our son, who lives there, 50th birthday. It was nice to have this home for family to come and see us. On Saturday morning we had a pot luck brunch for 9 people. Plenty of beautiful dishes for eating and cooking. The covered back patio was perfect for everyone to gather. The home is decorated very nicely, on a nice quiet street. The backyard is very nice and has a beautiful view. We really enjoyed ourselves. Thank you for letting us stay!

Came to visit my college roommate and her family. House provided indoor and outdoor seating areas to make our time spent catching up comfortable and relaxing. Wonderful experience with the house and rental experience was exceptionally pleasant. Peaceful home in a nice neighborhood with huge backyard and vistas of the Sandia Mountains and nighttime sky. A+ experience!

Stayed over the Christmas Holiday and very much enjoyed the view of the mountains and the city lights. The home was clean and well maintained. Plenty of coffee. Management was a pleasure to deal with. We would stay there again.

This home is in a quiet neighborhood. It was clean and organized. It was spacious and stocked with all supplies needed for a stay away from home. It is pet friendly, so keep in mind that you will probably need to bring a lint roller to get rid of the pet hair on the furniture before you use it. Overall, we would return to stay here again.

We were relocating from WA to NM and wanted something close to the property we were buying. Not only was this place conveniently located for the move, it was ideal for everything else. There was a nearby park with paved trails to walk the dogs, a grocery store literally down the street and a quiet neighborhood to relax after a stressful day. The backyard view was an unexpected bonus. After driving 22hrs, we lost our instructions to gain entry. The host responded immediately, which defused a potentially disastrous situation between the spouse and myself. Couldn't be more grateful.

We are local residents that needed a rental while our own home was in need of a repair. The property owner was quick to respond. The place was nice with a southwest vibe. It has a great view and is in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay.

This home was well stocked with bath and kitchen essentials. It was clean, organized and comfortable for our short stay before closing on our new home. Our dog was unsure of the rocky backyard but didn’t take long to get used to it. We were thrilled and thankful to find a pet friendly VRBO.

Spacious home. Big rooms. Amazing air conditioner in a very hot 2 weeks. Safe and secure. Parking in the garage really made life livable.at 104°.
The ensuite shower was a concern to me as it seemed to want to ricochet spray under the curtain to the floor and it became a challenge to determine what spray setting caused the least. I can be a tortured soul over things like that!
Owner was communicative, and allowed me ro extend. Never did get anything other than antennae TV, it wouldnt let me sign into my accounts. She offered to assist at some time but I chose not to take her time. I am sure others may be better at streaming while traveling than I am!. I recommend spending an evening at.the lookout down the stree from the house in the evening and at sunrise. It is a nice walkabout place for the community also. Convenient to stores and restaurants. I highly recommend Whiptail.

This home, location, amenities, & everything DO not compare to 3 other VRBzo’s I have rented in this same area. The host says she has 5 VRBO’s but this home felt sad & run by s newbie.
I rented it based on proximity to a family member & due to good reviews. That was a BIg mistake.
Lighting up the home, providing accurate & safe access to the home & front door, new linens (towels were bleach stained) are any experienced travel would expect. This home is lacking all of the above.

This is the best vacation house in Rio Rancho. This is our 2nd time to stay here and we will always check the availability of this house for all of our New Mexico trips.
It’s clean, very comfortable and a fenced in back yard with clean rocks.

This home has a great yard and view and is located close to all shopping and a hiking trail! The house is one-level (great for seniors) and is well appointed and decorated. Neighborhood is friendly and we all enjoyed our stay here. The hostess is responsive and very nice. I love staying in easy places. This is it.

My parents visited and usually stay in a local hotel - all of which are nice, clean etc. this was their first VRBO experience and it was great for them to have all the amenities of this house. They were impressed that everything they needed was available in the home. It was clean and comfortable, and they also loved the back patio sitting area.

This home is clean, neat and tidy. It is decorated absolutely gorgeously. It iIt has a fenced in yard. I was down with a friend for the Albuquerque dog show, this home was worth the drive. It’s perfect!

The house was great place to stay for the Balloon Fiesta. There is an observation point above the valley and Balloon park in the neighborhood and walking distance from the house. The place had everything we needed for our stay.

This cute little house was PERFECT for my husband and me and our dog! It has two bedrooms so could easily have accommodated a second couple and we would not have felt cramped. The owner has thought of everything to make the stay as comfortable as possible for guests! The beds were comfy and they bathrooms were both well stocked with anything you might need. The kitchen was spacious and very well stocked as well. The property was very clean. It was super nice having access to the garage.
We use VRBO for almost all of our getaways and this property was one of the best we have ever stayed in.
It was in a great location for our needs. Close to a hiking trail and only about a 15 -20 min drive to historical Albuquerque or to a nice restaurant . We felt very comfortable taking our dog for a evening walk in the neighborhood and across to the hiking trail.
If we ever get out to Albuquerque again, this property would definitely be our first choice!

This is a nice home and it is obvious that owners try to keep it nice but irresponsible pet owners have let their pets urinate throughout the home. Jenny was quick to have the outdoor area cleaned up when I called but the overhead fans could not eliminate the odor inside. An expensive mistake that could not be corrected once I had arrived.

Pictures on the listing are accurate. Easy access to eating, shopping, walking paths. Coralles is just a short drive down off the heights, don't miss the Sunday morning Growers Market. Stay off the I and take the surface streets to all the sights in ABQ. Enjoy the hot air balloons from the porch in the morning.

Great location! This cute southwestern style home was perfect for our visit to Albuquerque. The beds were super comfortable and the house was cozy. We would defiantly stay here again.

My grand daughters and I arrived for a 5 days stay in northern NM, that also included a few nights that needed my attention @ work. While the view is overwhelmingly beautiful, I was equally pleased that it was quiet enough to sleep during the days I had to work overnight. We hope to return and do more with our family when the COVID19 scare is over.
