Location, nice linen, spacious and updated lounge area

The building is very tired. The apartment needs a good spring clean, particularly inside the pantry and kitchen cupboards. Outside furniture needs to be replaced as does the cook stove. The shower floor is slippery and the toilet seat is not secured. The bed frame is dangerous with corners that jut out. The kitchen floor was sticky upon arrival. The place need to be aired out and the blinds/curtains need attention

The location was excellent. Liked the fact you had a dedicated parking space. Bed was extremely comfortable. Plenty of space to move around in. Bathroom was a good size. Water pressure could be better in shower but plenty of hot water. If all my criticisms could be rectified I would recommend the apartment we stayed in. Just needs a bit of attention to detail.

The lighting is very poor in the kitchen area. Distinct lack of equipment for example no serving spoons no fish slice,how could you serve a meal, only 2 small saucepans only one had a lid. Bedside lamp in main bedroom so poor you needed the main light on to read a book. What’s the point of having one!!! Overall the lighting in whole apartment wasn’t great. Table on the balcony was rusty and just 2 cheap plastic chairs. The small cooker was pretty useless took so long to cook anything.

a continual ringing/whirling 48 hr noise from a building nearby. When I rang the housekeeper, her response wasn’t helpful. Another tourist in the next door apartment claimed they could her it also.

Great location, funky style.

my apartment was right at the far end. The humming of the buildings next door was annoying and the kitchen needed a blind so you could leave your door open at night, it made it hot otherwise with no ceiling fan. A reply in the bedroom would be a nice little addition.

Great Location the beach just behind apartment so nice cool Breeze, Closed to Restaurant, pub and coles. Washing machine and dryer very good, aircon ran well.

The rooms No 213 Look a bit tried need fresh paint,Toilet block at 5 am on day we check out. Only stairs for up stairs rooms a bit hard to climb up, pool a bit small. Cleaning very poor not vacuum well. Shower rooms so small and can’t hold shower head we have to carry shower head while do shower.

Great location

it’s so old and run down its dangerous, actual stairs were falling apart, missing railings. all the units are individually owned. there is no staff onsite. there was no one to help us. can’t believe this was allowed on booking.com. actually really expensive for what it is.

Nice size with good size double bed and lounge / Kitchen area. Very close to beach and local amenities.

sadly our door code didn’t work so after a 5 hour drive getting stuck out of your room for 30 mins is not a pleasant experience it was sorted just frustrating

Management! The whole experience was great except the management. Although prompt with communication there was no acknowledgement of the inconvenience of no hot water. Then after explaining the issue was assumed I had done something to cause the problem because previous guest reported no problems. When truely what the problem is failure of management to do checks before a new guest arrives. Just lots of rules via message, email as well as quite filthy tacky laminated rules plastered all over the premise. Would have been great just didn’t need management pretending like they care if you are satisfied because this is clearly not the case.

Superb location, ocean glimpses from the room. Very quiet and within walking distance to everything.

Very old building with disused room near pool. Rusty balcony table and uncomfortable old sofa need replacing. Wi-Fi didn't work.

Location, facilities, clean, great bed and linen, kitchen stuff, good pool for kids, easy walk to beach, Coles, cafes, restaurants, no roads to cross, can take buses to Perth and other beaches. Quiet enough and peaceful place to stay at Perth's best beach

BBQ wasn't really clean and impossible to light. No one seemed responsible for it
