The breakfast could be improved (coffee, juice).

The apartment could have been equipped with a kettle for making coffee/tea.

We booked this specific room for the jacuzzi, but unfortunately was not working

+ very spacious room + cleanliness was fine + location close to the center and parking available (even if very narrow)

- hotel is old and could use a fundamental renovation (probably 20 years ago it must have been a good hotel) - breakfast was very poor - very little choice and the quality of food that was there was also bad (e.g. lacking fresh fruits, bananas were still green, poor bread variety and quality, no honey, not even proper hot water for the tea (just lukewarm)) - spa area available but dirty and overcrowded, thus none of my colleagues or myself could use it - corridors were very dark and the motion sensors for the light didn't work properly (or got activated really late), so I had to use my phone light to walk in the corridors - pillow was too thick - reception was slow and a bit chaotic (when checking in with colleagues mixed up the invoices, payments, etc.)

There was a cockroach in my shower. When I told the staff about it at the reception desk, I wasn't offered another room or any other support. Moreover, half of the staff didn't speak English.

the shower head was broken and did not stay still. The A/C did not work. The mattress was VERY uncomfortable-we could feel the springs in it.

Starting show it’s age, but there again it’s an old style hotel, that in the past must have been very grand.

The spa / swimming pool opens by 12:00 noon. It is too late, my daughter would like to stay shortly in the morning, it was not open
