Nice stay. Wifi good. Managed to get park for my Fiat 500 right outside hotel. Staff in restaurant friendly. Lift to rooms. Cool room with kitchenette. About 5 min walk to Lugo wall.

The location is perfect for exploring the old town and the Roman wall. Easy parking. A good size apartment. The staff were very friendly and informative. Plus a very good breakfast in the adjoining cafe.

Could have done with better towels, the kitchen in the apartment should have a kettle.

Great to park onsite. Best with a small car. Close to walk to the old town. Good breakfast.

You have a kitchen but no kettle, cups, plates etc so we had to eat out

Spacious apartment just like the photos, perfect for us because we were travelling with two bicycles that fit easily in the living room. Elevator to get to the 6F where we had great sunrise views. Comfortable bed, ample towels, daily cleaning service (unexpected bonus!), bidet, hair dryer with international plug socket, desk, convenient to train station and the old city wall, lots of kitchen cabinet space.

The radiators were quite hot and two were missing the control knob and couldn't be turned down (room thermostat has no effect) so we covered those two with a bath towel to reduce heat transfer. Kitchen was spacious, but needed a cutting board. Salt would also have been nice. Hotel location is a llittle tricky to find; turn off the main road to a short dead end street at the corner with a hotel sign Ciudad de Lugo.

Very convenient location for walking to the old town. The concierge was very helpful on arrival and recommended an excellent restaurant close by for lunch. We parked right outside - very fortunate! The room was very spacious and comfortable.

Not the apartments fault but it's location is in an area with a few one way streets so can be a little confusing actually getting to it.

I needed a hotel for the end of my tour.. Location was outside the walls, but OK to walk into the centre & walking distance to the train station. Could not find many food options in this area of town, if I did not walk back up into the walled city centre. The accommodation was apartment sized to sleep 3... I only needed a room for 1. Good location for those who needed more space.

Very convenient for access to the city of Lugo. Breakfast available at the onsite cafe. Garage parking available, but don't try to park a Cadillac in there, its tight.

Reception staff were very helpful. He helped us to store our bikes securely, and park our car in the on-site garage. He provided great information about the local area. on-site cafe was great too and very good value.

it was very hot weather and there was no air-con.However, this was exceptional conditions and we slept well with ventilation.

The apartment was big and it had all the amenities you need. Clean room and confortable bed. Close to the center of the down.
